Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet/cable TV. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, BVI and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Beautiful oasis
This was booked at the last minute for my relatives that came in for a funeral so they barely stayed in the villa, but when they did they throughly enjoyed this little oasis. They kept saying how nice and clean it was. I would absolutely book this stay again.

Beautiful unit, super convenient location.
We stayed Friday-Wednesday at Raleigh’s 1 bdrm Barbados condo unit and we could not be happier. The unit itself is modern and clean, and comfortably decorated, and the view cannot be beat. We appreciated the amenities like the beach chairs/towels, and coolers, as well as toiletries. Sudi’s is wonderful and everything we ordered, delicious! The only thing I would mention is the property, much like all of St. Thomas, is VERY hilly. So if you have mobility issues speak with the owner to determine if it’s right for you. But if you have a car, you can easily use it to go up and down to the beach, Sudi’s, laundry, and big pool. Which might I add both pools And pool areas are fantastic! Thank you Raleigh for a wonderful stay!

Need Improvements
The smell of the unit was not pleasant. It had a smell of mildew. Need to consider changing your furniture to leather so its wipeable. The kitchen window need drapery or otherwise everyone can see in the unit. We only had 1 per adult wash/cloth towel set for a seven day stay. You need a non-slip mat in your bathtub along with grab bars. I fell but thank God I Didn't hurt myself. Consider a greeting package for your guest, snacks, drinks and water. These are just some suggestions.

Beautiful Views, Excellent Location
Me and my boyfriend stayed for three nights over Labor Day weekend. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed and the bed was nice and cozy. The AC was cool and we kept the ceiling fans on pretty much the whole time. We were disappointed to see that Sudi's was closed the entire time we were there, but the restaurants at Sapphire Beach were just down the hill. We loved that there was a full kitchen and the full living room gave us extra space to lounge around. We spend a lot of time on the balcony enjoying that amazing view. The pics really don't do it justice. Overall we were just so pleased with our stay!

Amazing stay!
The space is clean, well supplied, and absolutely beautiful! The views are post-card worthy! Raleigh was incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns. We rented a car and are glad we did. Red Hook is just down the road (very difficult / dangerous to walk there). Sudi's is a MUST! It is located on the property and the people and the shrimp tacos are divine. Raleigh has everything you need for the best beach days ever! (Umbrella, beach chairs, snorkels, towels, etc.) Truly, an amazing stay. Thank you so much Raleigh for letting us enjoy your piece of paradise!

Taste of Paradise
Ourside looked a little dated but the inside of Raleighs condo was immaculate and very modern. The AC was wonderful and our view was fabulous. There are a lot of hills in St Thomas so there is quite a bit of walking from the condo to the beach but we are exercise buffs so we liked it. Sapphire beach is a short walk away and i swam there every morning after my walk. Raleigh's place has a kitchen, beach chairs, snorkle gear. Its all you need and I'd 100%stay here again. Just a short drive to some great restaurants. Rent a car. Ita worth it but driving at night is a bit treacherous. Overall wonderful stay and loved our VRBO rental.

Great condo close to the beach!
Overall the stay was great! Amazing view of the beach and islands. Raleigh was super responsive, condo nice and clean and great for a work trip. Sapphire Beach is right there! (Condo is at the top of the hill so the walk back up can be tough but I drove down the next time). One of the pools is right outside your door! Very close to the bars in red hook. Only issue was power was out for like 10 hours one day but that was the whole island and not Vrbo fault! Overall great experience and I would stay again on the next work trip to the islands!

Great space and great location
Everything was exactly as listed. I enjoyed that Sapphire Beach and Red Hook were both so close. The beach may be difficult to walk to of you have issues walking up/down hills, but it wasn't bad for us. Although Red Hook and the Ferry are close, you would want do drive or get a taxi, due to the landscape. If I visit St Thomas again, I would stay here each and every time!

Great Location to Red Hook
We stayed here one night before taking the ferry at Red Hook to the British Virgin Islands. It was a great location, only 5 minutes from Red Hook, and a quick walk to the beach. Check-in was very easy, and the place was spotless.

Property met all our expectations: great snorkeling nearby, convenient to Red Hook stores, ferry and restaurants. Enjoyed the pools and meals at Sudis. Only annoyance was not in Raleigh's control--upwind chain-smoking neighbors forced us to keep balcony door closed.

The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Sapphire Village is a wonderful property. Walked down to the Beach Buzz every morning to have a coffee, had dessert and drinks one night at Sudi’s and ordered a pizza at the beachfront restaurant one night. The beach is gorgeous and I enjoyed lounging by the pool next to our unit.

Our flight got cancelled and we could not stay at Raleigh's condos. He communicated well and refunded our cleaning fee. We stayed at the Marriott Frenchman cove at our friend's timeshare. The Marriott has more organized activities, but we have stayed at Sapphire 4 times and once in St John, and we prefer Sapphire over both of those places. The beach and snorkeling are better, it is less crowded, and it costs muuch less.

La mejor vista
Muy buena locación con la playa, renta de carro y restaurante a pasos de distancia. El ferry de red hook a 5 minutos en carro. Muchos restaurante igual a 5 minutos en carro. El apartamento es muy cómodo con vista al mar, tanto desde la habitación y la sala. Encontramos sombrilla, sillas, hielera, snorkel y todo lo necesario para la playa. La cocina con todo lo necesario. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos aqui.

Enjoyed Sapphire Beach and Condo
Great comfortable property offering everything anyone would need for a fun and fabulous stay so close to the beach (even beach chairs, snorkel gear & coolers). We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We loved the vibe at Sudi's Restaurant right down the hill and enjoyed happy hours, great pizza/meals and $10 full breakfasts!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect Beach Rental for 2
I highly recommend staying at Raleigh's rental for your St. Thomas trip. The location was great, a short walk to the beach with multiple pools on-site and a restaurant. The unit was very comfortable with a great bed, ice cold AC system and perfect beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler). The welcome packet answered most of my questions and the other questions I had Raleigh was quick to respond to.

Honeymoon stay
We spent a week, on our honeymoon. We are both over 70 so all the hills and paths were not as easily navigated. We did two snorkel trips and ate at several different places. Never disappointed. Sudi’s was great. The pool right outside our condo was a plus.

Pros: Place looks better than in pics. Easy check in and check out. Responsive host. Cons ( not host fault) Internet was out during our 5 night stay, so no TV also. Barley any water to shower and no hot water. Dirty coffee machine (spent 10 mins cleaning it because the water filter was moldy) Recommend: Need new beach chairs and towels ( time to change them out) Need to add at least 2 more beach towels ( we were there on a weekend and a holiday,so office was closed, couldn't do laundry). Add 2 more pillows. Add a small trash can by bathroom sink. Other: We didn't cook at all, so can't comment on the kitchen. Place is up a hill, takes about 10 mins walk to beach. There is a coffee shop by the beach along with a restaurant, bar, and a pizzeria. There is also 1 restaurant in the development. All had good food.

I absolutely love vacationing in St. Thomas! It's great to have a place to come to relax and enjoy the gorgeous water and white sand beaches. I'm excited to share my newly renovated condo with you!

Why they chose this property

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, built in bar by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, bar stools, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

What makes this property unique

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
