A block away from Santani Plaza with many restaurants and shopping. An island Trolley for those not looking to rent a car. We can suggest a car service for pick up from the airport. Bike rentals, boat/jet ski rentals, movie theater, and grocery shopping! We have it all!

Perfect Everything Beach

The sunrise and sunset were beautiful from this well appointed condo. We had everything we needed plus! Katie was a joy to talk to and her neighbors were a bonus. Beach, pickleball, music, pools, and coffee in the lanai made it a dream vacation.☀️

Summer Vacation 2022

Perfect stay for a beach getaway

This condo was perfect for our stay- we had 2 couples and the condo was plenty spacious for both of us to have our own spaces, and a very comfortable living room area, big kitchen, and great screened in patio. Just a short drive up to Fort Meyers Beach area which seemed like more of the tourist area with a bunch of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool, and walking across the street to the beach which we found to be a lot less crowded than the Fort Meyers Beach area. Quick walk to Convenience stores, coffee and ice cream shop, and a few restaurants! Katie responds within minutes and was super delightful to rent from. 10/10 recommend.

Sparkling clean and comfortable.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was in a good location for our needs and we enjoyed the pool located in the complex. The beach was very close (just across the street) and very clean but it was HUGE and a hike down to the water. Beach chair & umbrella rentals were pricy per day so that was a bummer. Overall though the condo was a great place to stay!

Excellent Host and Location

We had an excellent experience with host and condo. Very responsive with questions. Very helpful with local options. Clean and safe area. Family friendly area. Walked to dining/shopping. Walked across street to the beach. Condo had a beach cart which is very key! Had the best family vacation here. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with great location to beach!!

All the rooms in the remodeled as the listing pictures show. It was a home away from home!!! Especially loved the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, used them everyday!! The TV options were limited to local channels unless you are technologically advanced and have accounts with streaming services. But we weren't there to watch TV! I would recommend this unit to anyone who asked and will rebook again if available for our next travels.

Great place to stay!

Katie was a great host. Communication was very good. She even gave us the name of a driver so we didn’t have to Uber from RSW. Place had everything we needed and was updated and clean. Location was across the street from the beach with 6-7 restaurants/bar and grills within walking distance as well as some shopping and a CVS. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Thanksgiving get away

Our stay was fantastic, the host could not have been more attentive. Our questions were answered (via text) from silly (what kind of game is this..rules?) to important (where to eat, best way to get from the airport) all got answered. We had a fantastic time!!

Beautiful condo

After a bumpy start, we got to the condo and found it to be very well equipped, modern, convenient to the beach and several restaurants. Beds were comfortable, pool was great. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, clean and updated unit in a great location.

This condo was the perfect location for our stay in Fort Myers. About half way between Time Square and Lovers Key. The unit was clean and updated with very nice furnishing and had nearly everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and it was very roomy with a nice big television. Katie was very quick to respond to a few questions we had and was very courteous. The only issue I had was the ice maker on the fridge didn't work but I'm sure if I would have mentioned it there may have been a trick to get it to work. The lanai was very nice. We loved our stay and would most definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place!

Wonderful Trip!!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed the condo. Karen, the owner, could not have communicated information better. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The beach was a quick stroll with a restaurant and chair rental right there. We are definitely returning!!!!!!!

Perfect vacation stay!

This was our (son & I) first time vacationing in FMB and this condo was exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful stay away from home with all the amenities of home. There is NOT one negative to this condo. The 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms gave us privacy and room so we weren’t in each other’s way. The kitchen is amazing and equipped with the essentials along a washer & dryer off the kitchen. For us we were looking for total rest & relaxation with mostly beach days and playing the rest by ear. Every morning we woke up to a few minute walk across the street to the beach where we could rent chairs & umbrella and went on an amazing jet ski dolphin tour. Once finished with the ocean we would jump in the perfectly heated pool before heading out for the night. It was a matter of minutes to drive to Times Square/ The Pier and once we were finished with the crowds we were able to retreat to our condo and watch Netflix on some comfy reclining couches. Also, every morning enjoyed my coffee on the roomy screened in lanai. This condo is extremely clean and beautiful, I will definitely be renting from Katie (host) again. Katie is wonderful at suggestions and is there if you need her.

Amazing location, host and property!

Such an amazing find! I’ve rented tons of other vacation rentals but this one is in such a quiet place and so beautiful. Host is absolutely amazing, very accommodating and helpful! Hoping to book again soon!

Great Condo
