A large balcony with furniture available to seat 8 makes this an enjoyable place to socialize, relax, and watch the dolphins and other wildlife. Roku’s, Games and puzzles available for extra entertainment. Elevator, 2 allotted parking spaces for this condo. Outdoor pool located on roadside. Indoor heated pool and hot tub. Surprise 60th
I had family meet us there for a surprise 60th for my husband. I had him enter the room first which they had yelled surprise. The room was very nice! Perfect weather the 5 days we were there. The grandkids had fun on beach and pool everyday. The condo was perfect for us and would stay here again. Thanks Jennifer for letting us get in a little earlier!

Perfect Beachfront Retreat with Stunning Balcony Views
We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The balcony was a highlight! Four of us enjoyed most of our meals there, with the table and chairs comfortably accommodating our family. We loved watching the sunrises and listening to the waves at night. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a well-supplied kitchen. The dining room table was large enough for the 6 of us. The 3 bedrooms plus balciny gave everyone their spaxe on rainy afternoons. We played cards and worked a puzzle. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach getaway!

Okay, but wouldn't stay here again
The condo is okay--basically what you get at any beach rental. Good view, decent amenities, a little sandy, great access to the beach. However, communication from the host was zero after sending this exact message after the first night (when we made all of the below observations): --- Hello, Thank you for the check-in instructions, it was pretty easy and the staff were helpful. I found a few issues upon our arrival that you should know about. They're not a huge deal, but are maintenance issues we didn't cause and they affect usability of the condo: -Hall bathroom tub faucet is loose/I can see the pipe when the faucet moves (this seems potentially disastrous) -Master bathroom shower drains very slowly, nearly filling the entire basin after a 10 minute shower -Master bathroom shower floor creaks and bends (this is fairly disconcerting) -Garbage disposal doesn't engage, it sounds like the motor is stalled/jammed--it doesn't spin or grind -I found some dirty shorts/underwear under the master bed, next to the wall Additionally, we haven't been able to locate the chairs listed/referenced on the check-in sheet. One more item I forgot to include: the hall bathroom fan does not work, it screeches. --- I'm not exceedingly picky, but I noted these items to make it clear that they didn't occur during our stay. I expected some kind of acknowledgment (I know they can't just fix all of it on the spot), but got no response at all from the host--even still.

Weekend getaway the end of April.
This property was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. The owner responded immediately when I had questions. Our check in time was 4:00, but by noon we got an email that the condo was ready. Our first day there was a Friday and it was very cold and windy. The owner extended our checkout time on Sunday so we could enjoy more time on the beach. We were very pleased and had a great time.

Garden City retreat
The condo was as pictured, unfortunately prior renters took the cords for the Ruko so we had to move one of the bedrooms to the living room to watch television, but otherwise the condo was very nice, and we would consider staying there again if heading to Garden City, because it is close to Murrell's Inlet with all the great entertainment and restaurants. One glitch was that they were still working one of the elevators, but the owner was able to let us in really early so had no issues getting everything into the condo without having to wait. She responded very quickly to any of my text. Had a great time!

The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The owner also had beach chairs, beach/sand toys on the deck for those who may need them. We loved the location, the view was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for opening up your place to our families for the week we had a great time!

One of the two elevators was down during our stay which created long lines waiting for the one elevator. There were several cars broken into during our stay, luckily ours wasn’t one of them. We had pigeons roosting on our patio and they left feathers and poop everywhere. The room itself was fine , everything worked as it should. The facility itself needs to do better.

Elevator and the filter in the air conditioner was filthy
Elevators dod not work! One had been since the tear b4. The one that did work we waited the least 2 minutes. It was just uncalled for. I have a broken femur that was operationed on 2 times. It was disappointing having to wait so long for an elevator. I would recommend this place for the elderly. I was ver disappointed. 35 years and ive never had a problem.

Very nice property! Super clean & well equipped! Very family friendly!! The elevators were out for two days of our stay which kept us stranded on the tenth floor, and we hated missing those days on the beach. Otherwise, a wonderful week!!

Beautiful beachfront condo
Condo was beautifully decorated, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The unit had a nice umbrella and chairs for the beach which worked out well since we only had two beach chairs and was going to rent the umbrella and two more chairs, so that saved us $160. The building only had two elevators but for as many condo units we hardly ever waited for the elevator. Access to the beach was super easy and so close - always had a nice spot to set up for the day. There were a lot of people on the beach but never felt crowded. I’m not a fan of the pool being behind the building “parking lot pool” and we only used it once, but it was a nice clean pool and didn’t seem as weird as I thought it would. There was a small indoor pool and hot tub and bathrooms on the first level so you didn’t have to go back yo your room if you needed a quick bathroom run. Also took advantage of the vending machine for a quick water or pop! Two parking lots - one across the street for overflow - never had an issue parking. First time staying in the Garden City/Surfside beach area and we loved it. Our favorite restaurants were Sarah Jo’s (a block away), Local Provisions (Murrels Inlet) and El Cerro (best Mexican food we’ve ever had) We would definitely stay here again!

Attention to detail
If details are important to you, this is the condo for you. The owners thought pf everything. Plenty of towels, everything possible in the kitchen, high end pillows and even some lawn chairs/umbrella to use! Beautiful view, beautiful artwork and fabulous porch furniture. The Garden City area was beautiful and safe. $25 Uber drive to the airport.

Excellent Beach Condo

We are very family oriented and thrive on making memories. With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to put long distance traveling on hold and to purchase a condo for our family and others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Our goal is to provide a clean, safe environment for our family, as well as our guests. We live close enough to manage and clean this property ourselves. Our plan is to thoroughly clean high touch areas and to wash ALL sheets, quilts, towels, etc. after each stay.

What makes this property unique
