Our house was built in 1996 with a high standard.
The apartment is on the 1st Upstairs and is u. a. equipped with underfloor heating, wooden ceilings and typical local solid wooden furniture.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 shower / toilet,
Balconies to the south and west - sun all day, unobstructed mountain views.
The apartment was renovated in 2011 and 2016 to a 4-star level.

Tolle Aussicht, hervorragende Lage, klimafreundliche und ökologische Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Von den Balkonen hat man einen schönen unbebauten Blick auf die Berge.

Enttäuschung
Als wir am 19.05.2024 unser Quartier in der Straße Am Kreppbach 25 anfuhren,war diese eine komplette Baustelle. Da es wie versprochen keine Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück gab und wir auch nicht vor diesem parken konnten, uns der Vermieter keine andere Parkmöglichkeit nennen konnte, mussten wir uns selbst darum kümmern. An dem darauf folgenden Tag versuchten wir über die Touristen-Informationen eine Parkmöglichkeit zu bekommen. Dort setzte man sich mit dem Ordnungsamt in Verbindung, die uns darauf hinwies, dass der Vermieter uns Parkmöglichkeiten auf seinem Grundstück zur Verfügung stellen muss. Durch Parkverbotszonen und sehr enge Straßen war es fasst unmöglich, Parkplätze zu finden. Der einzige öffentliche Parkplatz stand uns nur gegen eine Gebühr von 24 € pro 48 Stunden zur Verfügung. Als wir dann das 4 Sterne Quartier betraten, bekamen wir den nächsten Schock.Die allgemeine Sauberkeit in den Räumen und Schränken ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. In einem Bad Schimmel an der Decke. Kühlschrank und E-Herd teilweise defekt. Alle diese Punkte wurden von uns durch Fotos dokumentiert. Diese Ferienwohnung verdient keine 4 Sterne. Wir hätten erwartet das wir durch den Vermieter vorab über die Bauarbeiten und fehlenden Parkplätze (auch nicht auf dem Grundstück ) informiert worden wären. Die Bauarbeiten fanden in der Zeit von 7:00 bis 16:30 Uhr statt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht über diese Unterkunft und würden diese nicht weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage
Die Unterkunft ist groß, schön hergerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Dank zwei Badezimmern ist sie auch prima für eine größere Familie geeignet. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht und würden wieder herkommen.

Best place to stay and extremely nice host!
I stayed at Christmas and I couldn’t be in better place. The view and the snowy mood are pluses to the place. Clean bathrooms and beds, good furniture and kitchen appliances made our Christmas feast more than possible. The host is extremely friendly and build a place with his heart. The house has many environmental friendly features that puts it in the top if you’re shortlisting places. Grainau is also near the Zugspitze and Eibsee hotel, so if go by car, you gonna reach the Top of Germany in a blink of an eye.

Tolle Lage, ideal für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren
Für eine Familie mit Kindern oder für zwei Paare ideale Wohnung, da sie über 2 ausreichend große Schlafzimmer und Bäder verfügt. Die Aussicht von den beiden Balkonen ist top- mit direktem Blick auf die Zugspitze. Sehr praktisch war auch, dass die Wall-Box zum Laden des Autos genutzt werden durfte. Das Sofa ist leider etwas unbequem und bei vier Erwachsenen sicherlich zu klein... uns mit einem Kind hat es jedoch gereicht. Immer wieder gerne und ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Super FeWo in Grainau!
Die FeWo hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alle Punkte der Objektbeschreibung treffen voll zu. Super Lage und zudem war der Vermieter immer erreichbar, falls was zu erledigen war. Der Urlaub war rundum ein Volltreffer. Gerne immer wieder!

Sehr ruhig , sauberes großes Bad und schönes kleineres Bad , sehr gut eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Leider knarzt eines der Betten .Das Sofa war sehr unbequem und der Fernseher viel zu klein .Sollte man mal überdenken. Trotzdem sehr angenehme Ausgangsbasis .
