The large master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, Gulf views and direct balcony access. The first guest bedroom has a King bed, smart TV and en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a smart TV and shares a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The in-unit laundry closet is located across from the second guest bedroom.

At the end of the unit, you are met with floor to ceiling windows that open to expansive views of the sugar white beaches and Gulf of Mexico. In the living area you will find newly updated furniture, beautiful decor, and a large smart TV. In the kitchen and dining area, you will find everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, blender, toaster and more. The new dining room table has enough room for 6, along with 3 bar stools that cozy up to the kitchen counter.

Nestled in a quiet cove at the end of a dead-end street this complex is one of the few on the beach with "grandfathered" rear beach walkways; so that owners and guest can just stroll from their private deck right to the water. Sugar Dunes has no match among other small complexes due to the large 3-bedroom units with complete windowed front views of the beach and the gulf. Comfortable, bright, and colorful, you and your family will never want to leave, which is simply fine with us.
Sugar Dunes is a gated complex tucked away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. The 24-unit complex has private beach access, ensuring that you will always have a prime spot! Shops and restaurants are just minutes away, and the popular town of Seaside is less than 4 miles from Sugar Dunes.

You'll find Sonos speakers in living area, with additional Bluetooth speakers in primary and hall bathrooms for your enjoyment. ,

Kitchen and Dining:-Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, electric range and breakfast bar-Drip and k-cup coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster-Dining area seats 6 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar

Living Room:-The open plan living room boasts a brand new smart flat screen smart tv and all new furnitureWasher and dryer inside the condo off the hallway.

Parking:

-The parking lot is for owners and renters only. There is a strict two-vehicle policy for each unit, and the parking pass must be displayed at all times
- Golf Carts are not permitted

Sugar Dunes is a private beach with a strict beach usage policy for renters. Please note that only people staying at Sugar Dunes may use the private beach; there is no beach access for non-renters and no beach parties.

------ Amenities of the area ------White sand beaches and crystal-clear blue waters abound along the gulf beaches. You will love exploring, shopping, and dining at our many locally owned bars and restaurants. Multiple fresh seafood shops are nearby for grilling or enjoying a shrimp boil. Publix grocery store is just a 10-minute drive. Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner along 30A as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drive or bike ride to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, The Hub, Panama City Beach or Destin will make you happy when the sky is gray.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.

The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
