About this property

Welcome to "Our Happy Place!" Located in the beautiful private gated community of Maravilla. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo that can accommodate 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. There are also 2 bunks in the hall along with each having their own tv. Perfect for down time for children. There is also a pull out queen sleeper in the living area for extra guests. Pack in play also available.

This unit has everything you will need for a perfect getaway to the beach. You will love the views of the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony. Beach service with 2 chairs and one umbrella is included in your stay mid-March-October 31st.

Maravilla is a gated community that does not allow renters under the age of 25.

Great Family Time

Kelly the owner was amazing! If I had any questions she would answer back fast. It was my husband and I and our 13 year old We had plenty of room and the condo was stocked with everything we needed the walk to the beach was easy and the beach service was great. The pools were nice everything was clean. Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful and relaxing with a focus on family

This property was beautiful! It was pet friendly and we don't have a pet but this was not bothersome. The pools and hot tub are beautiful and provided various depths for different ages to play. Very, very short walk to the beach. We met many smiling faces in the community that felt safe and happy. We will definitely be back!!

Family trip

Beautiful condo with balcony ocean view! Perfect for small family. The condo is updated w/ modern decor & very comfortable furnishings. Maravilla property Amenities were nice w/ heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts & exercise facility. Enjoyed short walk to coffee/ice cream shops as well as a few beach shops nearby. Very pedestrian/family friendly all around the property. Beachfront restaurants were walkable & just a short drive to more commercial retail/restaurants. Beach access directly across street & the beach service guys were super friendly. Owner great w/communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Feels like home

We arrived from a 9 hour drive from TX, was a little frustrating since the cleaners didn't looked like they finished cleaning, didn’t changed the sheets and so place wasn’t ready. Kally took care of it and immediately contacted cleaners, we even got reimbursed for that night, thank you! Place is really cute. Kids love the heated pool, no hesitation we’d love to go back. Too bad we had to cut it short, Beach was super pretty but just too cold for spring break, nobody wants to be in the water. We enjoyed staying at 4304.

Relaxing getaway in a VERY CLEAN condo!

The condo was wonderful! Clean, nicely decorated, great view of the ocean from the deck, close to the pool and tennis courts and wonderful area to take a walk or relax with a book. The owner was very great to work with! Very responsive! Check in and out was easy. The only complaint was the noise from the condo above on the first night and the last night. It seemed that a dog was left alone for a long stretch of time into the night, and it was pacing, jumping, and moving objects around on the floor, which made it difficult to fall asleep. We concluded that there just not be much insulation between the floors. Overall, it was a wonderful place to go to relax and unwind! Loved it!

Beware!

We contacted the property owner and confirmed this was a pet friendly condo before booking. We were told “yes” and booked our stay. We fully paid all charges and fees before arriving. However, after arriving we were sent a notice for additional charges. Then, after our departure an insurance claim was filed against us for “professional cleaning services” for “pet hair”. Our dog doesn’t shed and, being responsible pet owners, we swept and vacuumed before leaving. Whatever residual hair was left was certainly minimal. We have stayed at other condos at Maravilla with our pet with no issues. I recommend Maravilla but avoid this condo.

Wonderful Place and Location

This condo is a gem! It had all the comforts of home and was a short walk to the beach and our favorite restaurants. Great view of the ocean from the balcony! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view

This has to be one of the most gorgeous condos we’ve stayed in at Maravilla. The decor is great, everything is fresh and bright, and you can tell that the hosts have spent a lot of time thinking about how to make guest stays perfect. From the balcony view to the gulf to the comfortable bed, everything made our vacation simple. Add in beach service and their dog-friendly approach and you can see why this will be our first stop when we’re headed to Maravilla again!

Maravilla Get Away

Out stay at Maravilla was great. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The ocean was very visible from our balcony, and an easy walk through the parking lot. We will definitely stay there again!

Maravilla Pet Friendly

This was our first trip to Destin bringing our dog. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We had easy access to elevators and stairs to let our dog do her thing. Condo was very clean and everything inside worked. The walk to the beach was right across the street and our host was quick responding to any questions we had via text or emails. We will definitely stay here again when we bring the doggie back.

Wonderful Condo!

Condo and location turned out great as advertised. Very clean and up to date. We have stayed at this facility for years but this particular unit and owner were new to us. The owner is very responsive and was fantastic to deal with. We will be back!

Great room and beach

The room was just as advertised. Loved the extra touches of the sound machine, games, and books. Easy access to the beach and pools. The owners were easy to reach and helpful for the couple of questions we had once we arrived. Would recommend!

Excellent for a family with small kids!

When I ask my kids their favorite part of our vacation, it was the bunk beds, lol! Kally was very responsive and an excellent host! The condo was modern, clean and a short walk to the beach! Walkable to Pompano Joe's, Alvin's surf shop, ice cream, and Bad Ass Coffee shop. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent rental!

We stayed in the condo for 5 nights. It was beautifully furnished, very clean and the property manager was awesome to work with. We really enjoyed the short walks to the beach and drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings while looking at the gulf waters. We definitely will be back to stay again!
