Amazing renovated ranch house in the Park East Neighborhood minutes to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. This house has been meticulously renovated with high end finishes. This home features 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout the main floor. 3 bedrooms on the main floor with 1 bedroom in the basement with an egress window for safety. There is one king bed, two queen beds and a bedroom with two twin beds (trundle bed). Each bedroom has a large closet and additional storage. The kitchen features high end appliances, quartz counters and beautiful cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking accessories. The basement has a spacious movie room that includes surround sound speakers and 65" TV. House has been wired with Smart switches and can be controlled with Amazon Alexa. Owner does have a surveillance camera at the front door for safety purposes only. Large fenced in yard. Fantastic neighborhood and neighbors. Minutes to the University of Colorado at Anschutz, light rail, and shops.

The perfect house for a family

Jon, the owner, is a great host. Always available if needed, although we didn’t need anything because the house is stocked with anything you need. It’s updated, well furnished, nice appliances and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! Also, the backyard is spacious and the kids loved to play and run around.

Awesome Stay-thanks Jon

Jon is an awesome host! We had a long-term stay, for a summer professional program. Check in was great, the host has a great response time, we were able to tour the place before we booked the place which was great. Location is close to a lot of places and easy to get to other parts of town. Loved the design and styling of the house, great outdoor space and stocked with all the things one would need. Comfortable beds, very clean, great parking, we loved that there were parks nearby. We would stay here again! Thanks again, Jon!

Excellent home with top of the line finishes

Great immediate response from home owner and extremely comfortable home. Sound proof TV room in the basement was better than going to the movie theater. The Kitchen appliances were top of the line, well designed and accompanied with all the dishes and accessories one could want. Well stocked with top of the line linens.
