DIFY Moderne - Hotel de Ville

This apartment will charm you by its cosy side: modern decoration and very well equipped. In the heart of Lyon, 5 mins walk from the City Hall.
Public transport at 2 steps, historical district at 400m...You can do everything by foot, museums, restaurants, churches...!
Quiet, it is very well equipped and ideal for a stay of 2-4 people. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building. It is composed of : - a beautiful living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a flat screen TV, - a very well equipped kitchen with: a refrigerator, a hotplate, a microwave, a toaster, and even a Nespresso coffee machine. - A bathroom that has also been redone, it has a shower cubicle as well as the WC. To ensure you the best comfort, we put at your disposal an iron and an ironing board.
We also provide premium quality towels and bed sheets, vanity kits, some coffee capsules and free high speed WiFi with a fiber optic connection. Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay. You will be asked to present the corresponding hand-held identification from your reservation when you pick up the keys.
The cleaning fee includes the cleaning on arrival and after your departure but also the linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
I will welcome you on the day of your arrival. Feel free to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm. Outside of these hours and subject to availability, a surcharge will be requested:
- 2pm to 5pm: 20€.
- 8pm to 11pm: 20€.
No reception after 11pm will be made.
At your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time if you do not respect the departure time limit: 11am.

Très bien situé mais ménage pas fait à notre arrivée
L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Lyon. Le jour J on reçoit un email avec la procédure d'entrée, c'est très facile. L'appartement donne sur la cours intérieur de l'immeuble donc aucun bruit de la rue. Seulement mauvaise surprise, à notre arrivée le ménage n'était pas fait. Le lit était défait et les serviettes de toilette clairement utilisées. Il a fallu passer la première demie heure de notre séjour à essayer de contacter la société de location puis évacuer les lieux pendant 1h, le temps que l'appartement soit nettoyé. La société immobilière n'a même pas fait un geste commercial...

Sehr gute Lage. Spülmaschine war kaputt, ebenso der Toaster. Die Matratze der Bettcouch sollte ersetzt werden, sie ist total „durchgelegen“ .
