DIFY Les Pentes - Centre-ville

Cosy apartment in Lyon's 1st arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Hôtel de Ville. This fully-equipped apartment can accommodate up to 2 people (one bedroom with double bed). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator.

You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities:
- A spacious main room with open-plan kitchen
- A spacious, convivial lounge area: 1 sofa, large-screen TV, wifi (fiber)
- A pleasant, quiet bedroom with double bed
- One bathroom

The cleaning fee includes cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Only one set of keys will be issued for your stay. You will be asked to show the form of identification corresponding to your reservation when you receive the keys. In the case of independent entry, we ask you to send us a photo ID. Please tell me more about your arrival time.

Arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm.

Outside these times and subject to availability, a surcharge will be applied:
- 2pm to 5pm: €20
There will be no check-in after 11pm.

On departure, please leave the apartment as you found it on arrival. You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you do not respect the departure deadline.
