Dify Vaudrey - Part Dieu

Indulge yourself into an unforgettable and cozy stay at our apartment between Place Guichard and Place Voltaire. Composed of a large living room, a kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom. You will appreciate the atmosphere and the charm of this place.

The space
This apartment has a bedroom upstairs (1.50 meters high) with a queen size bed for 2 people, a kitchen and a bathroom equipped, a living room with two sofas.

My apartment is on the ground floor. For your comfort and safety, it is equipped with large glass windows with opacifying windows up to 2m50 high and electric shutters.
Finally, basic products are present in the apartment: shampoo, shower products, dry hair, linen, wifi also present. Clean sheets etc ..

Equipment of the apartment: induction hob, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Italian shower, toaster, coffee maker, fan etc ...

Guest access
My guests will have access to everything, as I say in the rules, it will be forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Only two closets will be locked.

Other things to note
The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival and after check-out but also linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Do not forget to communicate your arrival time.
Check-in times are between 5 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20 €
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No Check-in after 11 pm will be done.

When you leave, thank you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.

Schönes Appartment in spannender Umgebung
Wir haben das Appartment wegen seiner Nähe zum Bahnhof gewählt (ca. 8-10 min zu Fuß). Die Räume sind ordentlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Es gibt fast keinen Verkehr, die Nächte waren außerordentlich ruhig. Die Umgebung ist überwiegend arabisch geprägt, eher nicht touristisch, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Altstadt ist natürlich etwas weiter weg, aber trotzdem alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
