2022 Remodeled Pacific Beach Oceanview Condo- See the Sea

Listen to the ocean while you relax in our beautiful ocean view condo in San Diego’s world famous Pacific Beach. 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeps 6. 2 ocean view porches to enjoy: one off the living room, one off the master bedroom.

Private secure building with one garage parking spot (6 ft 6 in height clearance)... but you won’t even need a car. Everything you could want is all walking distance, one block to CVS and Ralph’s, and dozens of local bars/restaurants in the area. There is a large community sun deck with a jacuzzi. Easy access to the condo with an elevator from the lobby attached to the parking garage.

Cable HD TV in living room and HD TVs with Chromecast in both bedrooms. Romantic double shower in the master bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need to feel like you are at home. We even provide beach towels/beach chairs/body boards for your beach enjoyment. We also have a locked gated area in front of the condo for bikes.

Please keep in mind this is a quiet residential building with full time residents, it is not a party complex. There are strict rules regarding noise and any violations could result in fines levied against the tenant, up to and including eviction.

Great little spot with the perfect location!
We brought our teenage son and his friend out to relax at the beach and do some college tours. The location can't be beat! Right at the beach, with lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops, plus a supermarket. The boys had a lot of fun using the boogie boards from the condo. I liked that it was back one building from the boardwalk, it felt a bit quieter there, but still allowed for peekaboo views of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was very responsive and has a great book detailing procedures (easy!) and has spot-on dining recommendations.

Great Location
This property was perfect right on Pacific beach, our time was pretty seem less from check in to check out. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and gift shops. The condo also had everything you could think of for the beach. Beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, ice chests, boogie and skim boards and more

Nice Condo
The condo was as shown in the listing. It was a bit more tucked away in the back corner of the complex with less of a view than I was expecting, but overall a nice condo. Due to the location (nothing to do with the condo) it was really noisy. There was lots of yelling and loud people both in the complex and on the streets all through the night (we had to sleep with windows closed on some nights due to all the partying and yelling in some of the condos in the complex). This was one of the best appointed VRBO kitchen I have stayed in. Appeared to be recently remodeled and had everything we needed. Overall the condo was pretty clean. The bathrooms could have used a more thorough cleaning and there was a bunch of partially used soaps, shampoos, etc in the medicine cabinets. Comfortable beds, couches, etc. Large TV was great for watching baseball and football. Lots of beach gear to use (towels, chairs, skim boards, boogie boards, sand toys). Also great to have a parking space--no problem for our SUV to fit. Didn't notice if there was AC as it was not needed when we were there and open windows left it the perfect temperature. Location was great. Right on the beach and walking distance from stores, restaurants, coffee, etc. Due to the location, it could get pretty loud at night, but that is just a trade off for the convenient location. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location
Property was exactly as described. It is in the heart of PB with plenty to do all around you. Nice view of the ocean and the pier. Boardwalk is just outside the door. Really enjoyed our stay!

Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. No AC but as the host told us, we opened the doors and San Diego weather cooled it down (couldn’t do that in AZ!) the views were amazing. We were comfortable and loved being so close to the beach and places to eat. Hosts were quick to reply to questions and we are grateful to have been able to stay here. Thank you Justin and Barrett!

Comfortable condo
This condo is in a perfect location - steps to beach, close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds and furniture are comfortable. LR tv takes a while to master connection to Spectrum cable, we could never figure out BR tv’s. Overall, a comfortable convenient place to enjoy Pacific Beach

Fabulous beach vacation!
This was the perfect place for the five of us. The beach is literally steps from the front door. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill beach vacation spot. So many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo has everything you need, plus check in/out is a breeze. The hosts make being a guest easy.

Nothing short of AMAZING
Just AMAZING!! Steam cleaned carpets on arrival, so clean and such great decorations! So many board games for kids, great floor plan layout for families. Seriously a 3 min walk to the beach, unreal. It was PB, so we did have a homeless man yelling kill me for 1-3 hours on Sunday 3AM at night, very unreal, but that's the location not his awesome condo.

Nice Pacific Beach condo
We enjoyed our stay! The location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking situation is great in a private parking garage. The kitchen was fully stocked with most spices, utensils and pota and pans you'd need. The views of crystal pier from the living room are beautiful. Everything is remodeled and clean. We hope to stay again soon.

Perfect beach getaway
The main thing I look for when staying by the beach is proximity to the beach so I can hear the waves at night. This condo fit that perfectly. Close to so many restaurants and shopping too. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo is very cozy and comfortable, especially the bed after a long day. They had many games to choose from as well. Justin gets right back to you and answers all your questions. I will definitely stay here again.

The unit is very nicely decorated which was good since I had very rainy weather. It was very cozy to snuggle up and read but also convenient to the beach when the rain stopped. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook. Restaurants and stores are conveniently close.

Convenient for access to beach, restaurants, freeways and downtown San Diego. Met some neighbors in the elevator - nice folks. Cleanliness of apartment was wonderful. Concise directions for access to building and parking garage, as well as how to get televisions to work. .Nice full kitchen, dining area and living room space.

Nice Condo in great location
My family and I enjoyed a beautiful week at this condo. There was space for everyone and the location cannot be beat! The owners put thought into the amenities and offer beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to borrow. This is perfect for those who travel to San Diego by plane and can’t bring their own beach gear. Our home had everything we needed, was spotless, and provided a location smack dab in the middle of it all! The parking setup, entry, checkout, and security were perfect. The furnishings were comfortable and we were lulled to sleep by the ocean waves. A super fun weekend, for sure!

Location, location, location!
The owner, Justin, was very, VERY helpful with our check-in and accommodations. His communications with our group were prompt, courteous and beyond expectations. I would venture to say he was the best owner we've dealt with in our many VRBO vacation homes/condos across the US. The condo had everything we needed, a great view, and was clean and spacious. Most importantly (to us), the location is superb for easy access to groceries, bars, restaurants and especially the ocean! We didn't need a car as the area is very walkable and has much to offer. The boardwalk is right outside the building and Crystal Pier is across the boardwalk. Beautiful! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Pacific Beach!

Family 2 week vacation
Justin's beautiful beach house was as beautiful as the pictures shown in the VRBO listing. It was well stocked with everything needed for a 2 week stay, including great spices that we used when we ate at 'home'. The condo itself was fresh and clean and very welcoming. Being able to see and listen to the ocean was wonderful and relaxing. The walkability is great. We enjoyed walks on the boardwalk, walking to yummy restaurants, walking to Ralph's when we needed groceries, and just walking around enjoying the people and sites. Justin is a great host and was very easy to communicate with. He left us a gift of olive oil which we brought home and have used. Justin and Barret, thank you for sharing your beach home with us. Ideal Location for Stunning San Diego
The condo was a great home base for our 4-day trip, which has become an annual visit to beautiful San Diego. We love staying in Pacific Beach and this was our first time at this particular condo. The unit met all our needs. It offered a great location for everything we wanted to do...beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The entire process from check in to check out went smoothly and the owner was timely and responsive with feedback. I am a flight attendant who loves to travel around the world. Originally from Phoenix, I moved to Seattle in 2007 when I met my husband, Barett. After years of coming to San Diego multiple times a year, we bought our beach condo in 2020.

Why they chose this property

I have been coming to San Diego every year since I was born. My parents used to rent this condo from the original owner. When he decided to sell, he offered it to our family, and Barett and I couldn’t pass up the offer. We are excited to share our beautiful home on the beach with you.
