Great stay

Good Branson Stay

The property was clean, but pretty dated. Had everything we two couples needed. Good location between Brandon and Top of Rock, Dogwood Canyon. I mistook description of two private baths to mean two en-suites so was a little disappointed. We enjoyed the back porch. Beds were very comfy!

VRBO Stay December 6th to 11th

Very nice stay. Nice condo. Great location. Relaxing. I don't think there were any problems, all parties really enjoyed their stay. This is the only way to go.

Pointe Royale Golf Resort

We actually didn’t spend much time in the condo, but for the time we were there, it was very clean and comfortable. And the price was reasonable. While it wasn’t what we would call close to the strip, it really wasn’t that far away. We would definitely consider renting a unit again.

Family holiday trip

Every year we meet our brother and sister-in-law for a holiday trip the second week in December. We come from Minnesota and they come from Texas. We had a wonderful and relaxing time .

The only complaint is the bathroom was dark, you needed better lighting. Hard to put contact lenses in, lost contact due to the lighting.

Very nice accommodations. Food at clubhouse was very good and staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was confusing. Driving to another location to obtain info to be permitted in Pointe Royale.

Things that need attention 10/26/to 10/30

The master bedroom sink needs plunged in order to use. The cabinets in the kitchen stick and I used paper towel between the door of cabinet to be able to open the next time. The finish needs attention. There were 3 coffee makers and none of them worked well. Lack of blankets in unit. The units we stayed in before were better kept because they were personalized by the owner and we had plenty of blankets, plenty of items in kitchen such as salt,pepper, coffee, scissors to cut open things and jar opener to open hard to get open jars. I would say that the unit owned by Thousand Hills is treated like a step-child. I did appreciate that there was a card on coffee table that certainly helped knowing the TV channels. We also enjoyed putting a puzzle together. I know it wasn't your fault but the electricity was off for approximately nine hours.

Property was as listed, clean. But the check in was confusing, not communicated well for getting access. But once in it was very nice. Only wish there was more information onsite regarding recommendations for sites for entertainment and dining.

Birthday trip to Branson

The condo was very clean and well supplied. We were very comfortable. I loved drinking coffee on the patio and watching the golfers. The low temperature on the thermostat was locked at 70° and we usually sleep cooler than that. This condo is in great proximity to the things we wanted to do. I had a great birthday week!

Great Place!

We came for the shows, which were wonderful, and were able to order and get the vouchers at check in. This condo was very nice, quiet, clean and roomy. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the golf course. When we needed a DVD player hook up it was taken care of promptly. The place is a good value.

Branson 2023

My wife, mother in law, and I visited Branson and really enjoyed this condo. We had many of our meals at home and the kitchen has all the cooking items you need. Loved the floor plan and it provided a wonderful respite while in Branson! Only issue was we didn't get towels/washcloths but the staff rectified that on the second day. I highly recommend this condo/property. Thanks. Btw must sees in Branson Queen Esther and the Haygoods! We also enjoyed Doug Gabriel and Branson Showboat!

I will never book with thousand hills again

I booked a two bedroom and 2 bathroom walk in unit at point Royale. When I arrived our unit had 2 bedrooms 1 bath and down a flight of stairs, my party included my elderly grandmother who can’t do stairs and 3 preteen girls. I was able to get into another unit for one night which reeked of marijuana. I then had to checkout and wait until 4 pm to check in to another unit at another resort on the 3rd floor with 1 bath and bed. I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. I come to Branson several times a year and will never book with Thousand Hills Vacations again.
