We stayed at Cedar Breaks Resort many times.
Bill‘s place is great. We love to stay at his condo. The bedroom has a beautiful view to the ski area. Cedar Breaks Resort has three bldgs. Bill’s condo is in Building 1, where the pool, game room, gym, reception and a restaurant is. Each building has a laundry room.
We cooked easy meals almost every day in the small kitchen. Best to shop in the valley. There are two stores in Brian Head.
A shuttle bus right at the front of the building can bring you to both ski areas.
This is a cute little turnkey apartment king size bed kitchenette separate area living space.
Warm and comfortable and quiet.
Property owner/manager responds very quick to all our pre-checkin questions.
Cedar Breaks Lodge is a nice Resort for Summer and Winter. The National Parks are also close by. A Shuttle is available every 15 minutes to the slopes or the few Restaurants in the little township.
Bill‘s Place has everything available for cooking. We did cook every night.
We enjoyed the views from the bedroom to the ski slopes. The apartment is in the Main Building, No. 1, where the Indoor Pool with two Jacuzzis are located. There is a Steam Room and Sauna to enjoy as well. A game room is located in the basement with a Ping Pong Table, Fussball Table, Air- Hockey and Billiard Table. Weight room and Exercise Room on the Main Floor.
Washer and dryer were available at no charge.
Nice and helpful people at the Resort.
The unit is well maintained and clean. Walking distance to the Navajo express lift. Kitchen has everything we need to prepare our meals. The communication from William before our arrival was also very helpful.
Had a great family stay. Rooms super clean and tidy. Everything worked and in excellent condition. Memory foam bed in good shape. Pullout sofa worked well and good mattress on it plus extra mattress. Clean lobby, excellent pool with sauna , 2 Jacuzzis, game room with pool, ping pong, foozeball, air hockey. Shuttle 1 minute from Navajo Brianhead ski resort. Garage parking, playground for kids. Cons, great little Cafe but very small selection, but great host and good coffee. All staff A+++. In hotel restaurant looked nice but did not try.. Our friend said expensive. Overall couldn't ask for more.
Room was very clean and well cared for. Stocked for cooking which we did a lot. Main building location is best.
Great property. Indoor pool, fitness room. Two thumbs up.
Buena ubicación muy cercano a los Lifts. Hay un shuttle que te lleva al Navajo Lift y pasa frecuentemente. El restaurante está bien. Lo mas recomendable es llevar tus propios alimentos ya que no hay muchas opciones para comer.
This was our first ever visit to Brian Head and so glad we stayed at this place. It was well renovated with big screen TV and comfortable and nice furniture. Very nice view of the slopes in building one which is the main building in the Cedar Lodge - no need to walk in cold to get to the pool or get the shuttle- Very nice host and the communication with the host was awesome and we thank him for his tips before arrival which helped us a lot. Will definitely stay here again next time visiting Brian Head! :) Thank you!
Generally simple clean room. Great for small family enjoying Brianhead. The small living room with sofa sleeper was a bit noisy during the nighttime hours as anytime anyone in surrounding rooms used the water, you could hear the water cycling. Kept some in the family up all night and we all ended up sleeping in the large King Bed.
But overall it was reasonable and nice.

Good overall value
Nice view our window of chair lift, easy walk to lift
Great stay. Cedar Breaks is easy access and covered parking is a plus. Super comfortable king bed plus a pretty typical sofa bed. Owner is responsive and friendly.
We love Cedar Breaks Lodge. It's so close to the Navajo lodge/lift and tubing hill. We love the location. This is a great unit - the kitchenette is very helpful (especially with kids with food allergies and you can't eat out easily). The restaurant onsite is expensive, but we loved the dinners. Hint: call in an order and go down to pick up 30 min later. The wait for a table is very long. The main bed was very comfortable (memory foam topper - which was really nice) and the kids didn't complain about the sofa bed, so that's a plus. We had a little snafu checking in - the unit was not cleaned. So we had to wait about an hour until it was cleaned so we can go in. But that was on the lodge, not the owner, and the lodge gave us a $25 restaurant gift card, so that was nice. We would stay again.
This one bedroom is located in Cedar Breaks Lodge, walking distance to Navajo lift or a shuttle ride to either Navajo or Giant Steps. Our family of 3 stayed for 4 nights and it worked out fabulously for us. The room is recently renovated in many parts and well stocked for your stay. The mini fridge held more than expected and the little freezer part of it let us rotate our blue ice to keep our cooler cold without having to hit up the ice machine. High class linens for the king sized bed. Super hot water in the bathroom, loved it after a cold day of skiing! Owner was extremely responsive. Internet was somewhere between bad and iffy, but I saw technicians running cat-5 ethernet cable while we were there, so it looks like it's only a matter of time before that gets improved. Can't comment on the amenities of the hotel for this trip, as we avoided common areas (no dining, bar, jacuzzi/pool, or game room for us) due to covid, but I have stayed at this lodge in the past and quite enjoyed those amenities before. A short walk across the street is Apple Annie's where you can buy craft beer, snacks, sodas, etc at prices that are elevated but not insane, so that's pretty great also.
I definitely recommend this rental. It's also in the main building of Cedar Breaks and has a view towards Navajo, and Giant Steps in the distance, which was also pretty cool to check out the weather, see the lifts spinning, and the night skiing lights over at Giant Steps!
