Perfect
Looking for an awesome spot to stay within walking distance to Main Street AND Park City Ski Resort? It doesn't get any better than this property. It's about a 15 minute walk to Main Street, but definitely doable. The property was extremely clean and in great condition. A garage and driveway to park two cars, fully stocked kitchen, killer stereo, multiple areas to chill, plenty of beds for everyone and most importantly, a private hot tub! Couldn't believe we found this gem to stay at for the weekend and would definitely reserve again! You can't go wrong staying here.

Family Affair
We had 6 adults and 2 kids. Location was perfect. House had a cool factor with each floor hosting separate family members. Short comings? A few-1. humidifier was really gross. We bought one and left it behind for next visitor. 2. Too few towels. Took 3 days to get more. 3. Living room fireplace was a great gathering place but only one uncomfortable loveseat and 2 really weird and very uncomfortable arm chairs- backup seating was plastic kitchen table chairs. 4. Kitchen had 2 wine openers but only 1 wine glass. For what we paid per week I was expecting more.

The home itself is lovely. It’sfurnishings are up to date as is the kitchen It’s well equipped with everything you might need. The kids’ spacious playroom even has an x box. Location is near ski slope. My only complaint was with maintenance. The master bathroom shower would not drain and the back door would not lock. A wonderful family home

Fraught with Issues, Non-Working Appliances, Not Equipped for a Party of 10
To say that this house was ill equipped to host 10 people on a ski vacation would be an understatement. First and foremost, the washing machine did not work. We reported the issue immediately after trying to wash the children's dirty snow clothes on our first evening in the home. Someone was sent to assess the washer the next day who was unable to rectify the problem. We certainly appreciate that effort, but it doesn't alleviate the need to wash for 10 people after outdoor activities for 4 days. Another solution should have been provided as a washer is the main reason we preferred a rental home over a hotel. The spiders in the lower bedroom were also immediately reported and a can of Raid brought 2 days later. It is incredibly off-putting that dozens of spiders, both dead and alive were left by the cleaning crew. Further deficient in the lower bunk room was the top bunk rail. It is unsafe to say the least, liable to break at any moment. Unfortunately, this was not the only broken piece of furniture. My daughter sat on one of the stools in the living room and it collapsed. It was quite obvious that it was broken prior to our arrival. The lack of a stopper in the free standing tub was also quite a bummer. This could have easily been remedied during our stay, but no attempt was ever made. This entire bathroom was quite frankly, unacceptable. In addition to the tub being out of use, the shower pools with 3" of water during use and I find it incredibly hard to believe these issues have never been reported in the past, meaning the house was rented to us knowing it was deficient. This bathroom also has two electrical outlets that are a massive safety hazard. The one behind the tub is exposed, with no cover, and the one at the sink is falling out of the wall. Another seemingly easy fix on Vacasa'a end would have been to fix the beeping smoke detector immediately upon it being reported, both locally and to Vacasa customer service. Despite removing the batteries, it continued to beep. The only solution offered on Vacasa's end was being told to take the batteries out of the tv remote and put them in the smoke detector. That'd be all fine and dandy if remotes took 9V batteries, however, as I'm certain you're aware, they do not. Another minor annoyance was the lack of provisions in the kitchen. Only one pot was provided, making cooking impossible. There was also a severe lack of spoons, cups, etc, in accommodating a party of 10. Surely if this were the

Never again will we rent this house or use this management company
I am not the kind of person that writes reviews , but I do believe that it is necessary to write a review about our experience in this home ( and I would definitely blame Vacasa ). First off, there was no Wi-Fi and the tv’s through out the house did not work. We called several times to report the problem since my husband needed internet / Wi-Fi for work and we also had young children that were unable to watch television on their down time. No one responded to us for several days and by several I mean 4 to 5 days into our trip. The air conditioning was out on the top floors and the unit they had to temporarily fix the problem did not work either and was very noisy and disturbing while in the kitchen. The refrigerator was leaking and no one came to fix it or the air conditioner. The leaking refrigerator was an issue as I slipped walking up the stairs on the water that had leaked out and almost fell down the stairs . Many of the blankets smelled like fire and had not been cleaned which bothered my children when they tried to sleep. And, lastly, the front door wasn’t working properly. In the future , we will not stay here nor we will rent another property managed by Vacasa.

Beautiful but beware
Beautiful home but tons of little spiders in the bottom bedroom with most of the beds. Some of the guest did not stay due to not wanting to bunk with spiders. Vacasa did send a gentleman out to spray and clean up on the 2nd day. Lots of stairs. The hot tub cover was dirty, to big for the tub and not on a lift so hard to remove so we chose not to use it.

The property had plenty of room for us to sleep and hang out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the bus stop. The house was cozy but needed a deep clean. There was a large collection of dust on the blinds and ceiling rafters. The pots and pans had a very limited selection for cooking. Over all we would stay at this property again. Thank you for having us!

Park city Birthday Vacation
Overall our stay was very good. Nice house and well laid out. A few things were not up to standard though. The clothes washer will not clean laundry. I can’t believe that Vacasa would rent out a house with a non working clothes washer. I am glad we did not need to wash clothes during our stay. Also the fridge leaked out of the freezer. We notified Vacasa, but it couldn’t be fixed. It is below the standard we expected with Vacasa. Before renting this house any more, appliances need maintenance. Also, there was a garbage can full of garbage in the garage when we got there. Felt with on our own. Called Vacasa, but no help.

It's near Perfect
The location and design of the home is perfect for families and/or larger groups. The kids had their area (which included an XBOX), while the adults could enjoy conversations around the fire. The only downside what that the washer/dryer struggled to function... it took forever to get laundry done.

Good location and property
Pros: 1. Location 2. Good space for sleeping and gathering 3. All amenities and descriptions are accurate Cons: 1. Some aspects were old/cheap. Windows were stuck open, screens were broken and on the ground 2. Missing kitchen stuff like cutting boards, dish towels, laundry detergent 3. Hot tub access is treacherous in winter/snow 4. Driveway is very steep. If it snows or is icy, you will not be able to get out if you don't have AWD and good tires.
