Bien situé pour visité Annecy à pied, calme, stationnement gratuit à proximité. Logement un peu encombré (piano + gros meuble bas inutile), manque un micro-ondes.

Sympa mais à perfectionner
Petit logement sympathique dans un quartier calme et assez proche (en voiture ou bus) du centre historique et donc sympathique. Espace extérieur qui n’a pas pu être aussi appréciable autant que prévu car envahi de moustiques (location fin juillet). La propreté du logement n’était pas au rendez vous et je pense que cela n’était malheureusement pas dû à un changement ponctuel de femme de ménage.

Het appartement is vrij klein en werd ook nog gebruikt als opslagruimte voor vele klapstoelen. De tuin is groot. En we hadden zelf tuinstoelen bij ons. Dus dat was fijn! De WiFi was echt slecht. De eigenaren waren niet aanwezig en reageerden niet op de berichten. Jammer. Verder hadden wij een prima tijd. Je kunt van het Appartement naar de stad lopen en het is er rustig.

Le calme à la ville
Venus en famille pour participer à la maxi race nous avons bien apprécié d’avoir loger au calme et proche du centre. Logement propre et confortable. Accès au jardin avec mobilier non négligeable. Pas toujours facile de trouver à se garer tout près lorsque que l’on rentre un peu tard. En journée pas de soucis. En tous cas gratuit dans le quartier

Nous sommes venus en famille pour 3 jours pour découvrir Annecy avec une petite fille de 4 ans qui adoré l appartement et son "lit douillet". Le jardin fleurit est très agréable. Séjour agréable et magnifique

Logement correct et tranquille. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de balai ou aspirateur pour nettoyer un peu le sol. Les moustiques tigres étaient au RV , prévoir un répulsif.
