« Surclassement » quelle blague

J’ai loué la maison puis le propriétaire m’annonce 2j avant la date de location que je ne peux pas louer la maison (prévenu car j’ai pris l’initiative de l’appeler sinon, on peut se demander à quel moment j’aurais eu l’info) Il m’explique donc que je vais être surclasser et que je vais aller dans son autre logement situé sur Étampes Quelle blague! Je suis passé d’une maison à un appartement en ville Sachant que nous souhaitions nous dépayser de nos appartements parisiens! Nous voilà dans un appart à Étampes ! Il c’est bien gardé de me prévenir au téléphone que c’était un appartement pour que je n’annule pas ma réservation. Il ne m’a pas fait de ristourne sur le prix pour le désagrément occasionné ou pour le delta qu’il y a entre une maison et un appart. Bref quelle déception
