Located on Folly Field Beach, it is centrally located and close to all island activities. We are about one mile from Shelter Cove Marina which hosts weekly crafts and fireworks during the summer. Our wide, sandy beach spans miles in either direction, and is well suited for swimming, long walks, and running or biking along the water's edge. The many sandbars and lifeguards make it a safe beach for the family! We host the largest swimming pool on the island, and there is a smaller pool adjacent to our building. There is entertainment as well as food and drink at the main pool. Children's activities including some evening child care programs are offered. Kid pool in addition to the 2 main pools. Beach chairs from our condo may be taken to the beach. Volleyball on the beach, on-site biking, tennis/pickle courts (ten lit courts).

Great Beach Condo

The condo was thoroughly clean, and thoughtfully decorated for a beach vacation. Any amenities needed for a stress free week were provided, including beach chairs and toys. The condo had a great ocean view from our balcony. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch out there. We also enjoyed watching the alligator and turtles in the pond below. Our location was a quick walking distance to the beach and pools. The hosts were easy to work with and prepared for our stay. Would love to stay here in the future!

Mom & Daughter Getaway

Diane's property was perfect! I wanted a place at the beach that would accommodate my elderly mom and Diane's condo did just that. Easy access to the condo with the elevator, close proximity to the beach, beautiful view, extremely clean and a very secure resort. I could keep listing reasons why this condo at Hilton head was perfect, but you must see for yourself.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

This condo is very clean and it is in the perfect location at HHBT! The view is incredible!! The pictures do not do it justice. Dianne is excellent to work with and she communicates very well. The kitchen was fully stocked, beach gear provided, and the beds were SO comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Host was terrific! Good contact always! Beautiful ocean view, not a lot of clutter which was appreciated . Extremely well equipped. Only negative were the living room couches. Too soft and no footstools to rest your feet. Would rent again if there was comfortable seating. Bed was very comfortable Good find!

Wonderful stay!

The property was conveniently located on Hilton Head with a nice view of the ocean. The property was clean with two bedrooms and plenty of towels and hand cloths. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and cooking equipment; everything one would need to cook their own meals. The pools were understandably too cold to swim in mid-October. The only downside for us was that the bedrooms did not have windows to the outside, but to the condo hallway; thus the shades were always drawn for privacy purposes. In addition, the shades were not 100% successful in keeping the hallway lights from bleeding into the bedroom while trying to sleep.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo with our two children. The view was great. We loved looking at the pond beneath our balcony and especially the marsh across from it. We saw a ton of wild life (deer, alligators and birds). You can even see the beach, even though it wasn't directly beachfront view. The condo was spacious and we liked all of the counter space. We have stayed at this resort before, in a smaller condo, and we would definitely book this condo again. The beach was also easy to get to with access on either side of the building.

Beautiful, peaceful views!

We've stayed on property many times but never in this unit. It exceeded our expectations and we'd definitely stay there again! The peaceful location above the pond and with great views of both the ocean and marsh was fantastic. Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. Loved everything about it!

Great Location with Ocean View at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort

Very clean and well appointed condo with very nice ocean views and a short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Admirals Row pool is very close and there is also a larger pool on the other side of the complex. We enjoyed watching the birds, turtle and the alligator in the pond below our balcony all week. Communication with the owner was very good and we would recommend this condo to anyone considering coming to HHI. We have stayed at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort before and love all of the amenities and the beautiful landscaping all thru out the complex.

Great vacation!

This property is as pictured, clean and comfortable. Hilton Head is a great vacation spot and the ocean view from this property is nice, though it is a side "View" and not "ocean front". Just a short walk to the beach which was beautiful. The big story is the alligator that lives in the pond just below this unit's balcony, a six footer who lives peacefully without any inclosures. We watched him all week long along with turtles, birds, and a couple of nocturnal creatures we could not identify. One day, we even had deer at the pond! One thing that would have made our stay nicer would be to have luggage carts available. We only spotted two on the entire property! Most everyone had wagons to transport luggage and groceries, but we did not know to bring one! Overall, we had a great time! Will return for sure....

We had a fantastic time at this Hilton Head condo. Diane was great to work with. She was responsive and provided all the details we needed. The condo was clean and well stocked just as pictured. The balcony view was fantastic. We were there 4th of July week and watched fireworks right off the balcony. We enjoyed the beach and pickle ball. We have stayed at Hilton Head Island and Tennis resort in past but have never stayed in Admirals Row. Our son is grown now and wanted to give him some privacy with his own room. The villa was very nice, laid out perfect. Kitchen was stocked well with kitchen utentils, dishes, etc. Good view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

EASY access, convenient, largest beach, meticulously maintained resort. Resort installed 2 BOARDWALKS making it easy to walk over the soft sand onto the firmer packed sand. Boardwalk over dunes to usable beach makes for much easier access. Very walkable beach. Enjoyable beach offering of both soft sand and packed sand which allows for biking, walking, sand castles as well as soft comfort of white sand.

What makes this property unique

Admirals Row is directly on the ocean. Sandbars, lifeguards,beach chairs provided and reserved set up beach chair service is available for those who prefer to not carry chairs from villa to beach daily. Affordable. Enjoyable island location with less congestion and same activity options. Beaches are large and offer plenty of personal space. Lots of dining options including several waterview restaurants. Shelter Cove Marina is just 1 mile and hosts summer fireworks weekly as well as nightly entertainment for the kids.
