The house is in the best location of Siesta Key, on a private and quiet cul de sac street, very short walk to the Beach and Village. Enjoy the amazing food and live music of Siesta Key Village and the world famous Siesta Key beach. Also easy access to the shopping and dining of downtown Sarasota. No need for a car to stay in this house, everything you need within a walking distance or just use the free ride trolley to go to the beach, to move around the key, or rent a golf cart. Very well maintained, beautiful large 4B/3B with a wonderful screened porch overlooking heated pool and tropical fenced in backyard coming in January 1st 2024. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths, open plan kitchen, living room and family room. Downstairs, 1 Bedroom 1 Bath and a dedicated theatre with a 84" TV.
Tandem 2 car garage. Circular driveway with plenty of space for parking.

Beach chairs, cooler and 4 bikes.
Outside grill and fire pit.
SRQ airport is 8 miles (Sarasota)

Why they chose this property
Very quiet cut de sac residential street, steps to the village for shopping and dinning and short walk to the beach. No need of a car if you stay at this house. Steps to public transportation and the free trolley to go to the beach and get around the key.
