Our attractive holiday home for 8-10 people is far from the noise of downtown Siófok, but you can still reach the center and the beach in 5 minutes by car. You can park in the yard by car or motorcycle. The house has a huge garden with garden furniture, terrace, private, pool (4 x 3 m, water depth: 1.20 m -1.65 m) with sun terrace, barbecue. The house with pool is air conditioned. The house consists of a kitchen with coffee machine, stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, 4 bedrooms + 3 extra beds, 3 bathrooms, each with shower and toilet, on 1 floor and 2 living rooms with dining area with satellite / TV. The living area of the house is 200 square meters. Renovation: 2015

Ruhiger Standort

Sauberkeit war ok. Der Pool war ziemlich kalt obwohl wir 34 Grad durchgehend hatten (wärmepumpe war ausgeschaltet). Liegen sind unbequem, aber dafür die Lounge unterm Baum gemütlich und angenehm zu sitzen. Alles in allem war der Urlaub schön.

Lage

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, Shops und See nur mit Auto erreichbar! Ansonsten ein sehr schönen und sauberes Ferienhaus mit vielen Accessoirs in ruhiger Lage für schöne Tage mit seinen Liebsten. Komme gerne wieder.

Super Haus

Super Zeit in Ungarn

Tolles Ferienhaus, groß und sauber. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca 10 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto zum Balaton. Gepflegtes Grundstück mit großem sauberen und beheizten Pool. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich fürs nächste Jahr gebucht haben.

Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt aber der Rest war einfach nur super toll. Das Haus ist ein Erdhaus und total süß. Einige haben sich über das WLAN beschwert, dass hat auch alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

New year's eve

The house is not equipped for winter use (heating with AC), but we had a great time. It is located in a quite part, but close to beach, shops (by car). We had enough room for 7 adults and a child. Our host was very kind and welcoming.

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung

Das Objekt ist groß und reicht locker für 7 Personen. Allerdings hatten wir im oberen Bereich ein kleines Ameisenproblem. Ebenso wie der Duschvorhang oben, der zu kurz ist und man so immer das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt. In der Küche waren leider wenig Utensilien da, Geschirrspültabs fehlten, kaputte Holzlöffel lagen in den Schiebern und die Schneidbretter haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Der Toaster und der Wasserkocher sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kaffeemaschine war etwas schwierig, da das Wasser schwierig in die Kanne lief und man immer Kaffeesatz mit drin hatte, wenn man etwas gegen gedrückt hat lief sie normal durch. Im Pool ist eine Lampe, die kam bei uns einen Tag raus aus ihrer Verankerung, sodass wir uns nicht mehr ins Wasser trauten. Trotz Anruf kam erst nächsten Tag jemand um danach zu sehen und es notdürftig zu reparieren. Der Pool wurde aller 3-4 Tage gereinigt und die Sitzecke am Pool war teilweise stark mit Vogelkacke beschmutzt. Die Nachbarn konnte uns genau beim Baden zu sehen, da da bloß ein Schiebetor und ein bisschen Maschendraht ist. Und man bekommt nur einen Satz Handtücher für alle, da wir, nach anfragen ob wir welche brauchen, keine mitgenommen haben, reichte der eine Satz natürlich nicht, für duschen und baden. Auf Anfrage haben wir dann weitere Handtücher bekommen. Vor dem Haus ist massig Platz, welcher unserer Meinung nach schlecht genutzt wird. Dort stehen viele Obstbäume, welche aber nicht geerntet werden und dann vertrocknen. Allerdings gibt es 2 Kühlschränke und die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und können auch ganz gut deutsch. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Wenn man allerdings zum Balaton will, muss man entweder selber fahren oder den Bus nehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit den Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Erholsam, angenehm und sehr ruhig

Das Haus und Gelände bietet alles, was zu einem erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub gehört. Wir haben die ruhige Lage außerhalb des Ortes sehr genossen. Einkaufszentren in 5 Minuten, die Stadt und der See 10 Fahrminuten mit dem PKW entfernt. Die Gastgeberfamilie sehr aufmerksam,freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundherum in super WohlfühlOrt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Positiv: freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber; komfortables, großzügiges Ferienhaus mit effektiver Klimaanlage; sehr schöner Pool, der den Balaton vergessen lässt; herrliche Terrasse mit Markise; 2 Kühlschränke für genügend kalte Getränke; gemütliche Sitzecke unter einem schattenspendenden Nussbaum; sehr ruhige Lage mit ein bisschen Ausblick auf den Balaton Nicht so schön war: das Inserat vermittelt bei dem Ferienhaus ein Alleinstehungsmerkmal, es ist aber ein Durchgangsgrundstück zu einem weiteren Ferienhaus; an einem Mast ist eine Kamera installiert, mit Blickrichtung Pool, wir haben diese während unserer Buchungszeit zugehangen

Very nice and practical house

We had a great time in this holiday home. Everything was clean and arranged as agreed. Also every other day they cleaned the pool. Hopefully we can visit this house again in the future! Regards Verina

Schönes Objekt mit netter Gastgeberin

Das Objekt ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt und äußerst ordentlich. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out verlief reibungslos. Die Lage ist etwas entfernt vom See in einer ruhigen Gegend. Pool wird täglich gereinigt und die Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos. Grillstelle, Schaukel sowie ausreichend Liegestühle sind zusätzlich vorhanden. Sehr schönes Objekt, dass ich nur empfehlen kann.

Relaxing Break

We were made very welcome by the owners and we had a very relaxing time. The house is in a lovely, quiet location but still within 10 minutes of Siófok and Lake Balaton. We were well looked after and the pool was perfect...
