On the outside - Huge private dock sit in the lake awaits you and families for endless fun (warmer weather). Beautiful Fire-pit on the lake for cozy family huddles (bring plenty firewood - it would be great experience!). 2 levels of giant deck overlooking gorgeous lake! Kayaks & life-jackets on shore awaits you.
Inside the property - 4 generous Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, accommodates max of 10 guests, 4 Fire places (electricity based), 8 TVs and Game room. All linens provided.

Starting in May 2021, guests no longer need to checkin at HOA. Instead the trash access key card will be in a clear-box right beside the door inside - pls return before leaving for next guests. It costs $25 to remake, more importantly, inconvenience for others.
This property is on its own private water front, that has access to fishing, boating, swimming and sight-seeing on water. Guests are entirely responsibly for the safety of his/her respective parties using these facilities.
In addition, gentle reminder, HOA prohibits Firework for public safety.

Community Center
****SEE HOURS OF OPERATION****Our all-purpose community center is the focal point of our amenities. This facility offers a heated indoor pool, full service grill with dining area, bar, exercise facility, game/arcade room, and locker rooms complete with saunas and showers. Outside the community center, there are additional facilities which include children’s play structure, basketball court and tennis court. The center is open year-round offering recreation activities and events and hosts Bingo.

Indoor Pool
The indoor pool is open Friday, Saturday and Sundays for the residents of the Emerald Lakes Community. Members must present a valid ELA ID badge upon entrance to the Community Center to gain access.

Main Beach
This beach area is located on East Emerald Lake off Sage Road. You will find a groomed beach area with roped-off swimming in the lake. The facility also includes a restroom building, children’s play structure, picnic tables and boat racks with a launch area.

Nature
If you love the outdoors, this is where you want to be. Not only do we have the six lakes, but we also have plenty of wildlife and interesting plants and wildflowers. Enjoy the spring blossoms and flowers, the early summer mountain laurel blooming or the mid summer rhododendron. Our community is filled with wildlife such as deer, bear, fox, beaver and raccoons. These critters will give you plenty of great photo opportunities if you are patient.
Outdoor Pool
Located on Cedar Drive, our 2,500 square foot, 100,000 gallon pool is a popular attraction in the summer. The water is heated and guaranteed fun for the family. There is a restroom building, and picnic tables as well.

Pine Tree Island Park
This facility offers a beautiful relaxing setting. Surrounded by Pine Tree Lake, the park offers a groomed beach with roped-off swimming area, beach volleyball court, children’s play structure, restroom building, boat racks and picnic area. There is also plenty of area on the island to do some fishing.

Recreation
The Emerald Lakes Association also contains other recreation amenities which include outdoor tennis courts located next to the outdoor pool. There is a basketball court and baseball field on Glade Drive next to the administration building.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EMERALD LAKES VISITORS & RENTERS ON FISHING IN EMERALD LAKES
Emerald Lakes is committed to keeping our lakes healthy and fun for our residents and visitors to fish in.
• Emerald Lakes is Catch and Release Only for Small mouth and Largemouth bass. You can keep sunfish, crappies, perch and catfish if you want, but please return any bass to the lake immediately. Ice fishing is limited to a total of two tip ups and one rod per person. The tip ups must be no more than twenty-five feet from where the fishermen is sitting.
• Everyone over the age of 16 needs to register with the ELA Office and obtain a vehicle tag (if needed) and a fishing tag when fishing on our lakes. Cost is $5.00. You must bring with you your PA Fishing License in order to register. You can obtain tags at the ELA office on 1112 Glade Drive from Monday through Saturday from to 8:00 to 4:00pm.
• You must wear your Emerald Lakes fishing tag at all times when fishing on our lakes.
• We will have Fishing Patrol members on the lakes to check for ELA fishing tags. If you do not have one, you will be asked to leave, and get a fishing tag from the Administration Office. If you fail to comply, Emerald Lakes security will be called to enforce our rules.
• Failure to abide by the Catch and Release or Fishing Tag requirements will result in the violator being fined $200 for each violation. All amenity privileges will be revoked until the fine/s are reconciled. Call the homeowner, landlord or Administration Office for advice.

Homeowners shall NOT lend his/her own Association-issued ID and/or Guest Badge(s) to tenant for use of amenities or for disposal of trash. If Guests are found using Homeowner passes, the passes will be confiscated and will not be returned to the Homeowner.
We want you to enjoy your stay here. Take advantage of our lakes, pools, beached & our community center bar & grill. We want you to have a wonderful vacation, so you want to return again & again. Be aware that emerald lakes is both a recreational & residential community. We have a few rules that ensure both you & your neighbors have a hassle free time.
FIREWORKS- This is our most important and STRICTLY ENFORCED rule! In addition to personal safety concerns, fireworks are an extreme fire danger in our heavily wooded community. Setting off any type, anywhere at any time will result in a fine.
OPEN FIRES- Fires are considered a hazard and are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and also carry a fine.
FIREARMS- Carrying a firearm without a concealed carry permit or discharging same or other weapons is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and carries a fine.
Excessive noise: Some noise is a byproduct of parties, but laughter is on thing, shouting and extremely loud music is another. Keep your noise level reasonable wile you celebrate.
Parking on the road shoulders is NOT allowed! Vehicles MUST be in the driveway or designated parking areas.
The speed limit throughout Emerald Lakes in 25 MPH. Please obey it.
No ATV’s, snowmobiles or off-road vehicles are permitted on EL roads or property.
TRASH- All trash must be secured from bears or other animals. If you use our trash compactor, recycling is mandatory. Separate household garbage from recyclables.
AMENITY BADGES- Badges MUST be purchased and on you when using amenities and all vehicles must display association-issued identification.
CURFEW- Loitering is prohibited in common areas from dusk to dawn.
BOAT REGISTRATION – $10.00 fee
(Owner's boats were pre-registered).
CATCH & RELEASE- Bass MUST be released. PA LAW Requires fishing licenses for 16 years and older.
A life vest is REQUIRED for each and every boater and carries a stiff fine if ignored
BOATS- Boats may be powered by electric trolling motors only. Diving off boats and bridges in not allowed.
Fines for the above vary and are increased for multiple violations.
