Cosy 2-family house "Brigitte". 500 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the lake. Private: garden 40 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Zillertal" 11 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 2 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, gondola lift 3.5 km, skisport facilities 3.5 km, slopes, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach 3.5 km, Zillertal Arena 4 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Enttäuscht
Leider waren wir sehr unwillkommen dort. An unserem zweiten Tag in der Ferienwohnung sagte man uns wir würden zu viel Wasser verbrauchen. Zudem sind die Vermieter täglich in unsere Wohnung gegangen. Wir haben das Türschloss extra nur einmal abgeschlossen und als wir wieder kamen war es doppelt abgeschlossen und dies an drei aufeinander folgenden Tagen. Privatsphäre war nicht gegeben. Die Vermieter waren unmöglich und haben uns letztendlich aus dieser Wohnung rausgeekelt. Schade

Eine sehr schöne Woche
Sehr nette, aber zurückhaltende Vermieter. Haben sich um alles gekümmert. Die Wohnung wurde mit 2 Zimmern ausgeschrieben. Es gab aber nur ein Zimmer mit einem großen und bequemen Doppelbett und insgesamt 4 Sesseln und einem kl. Couchtisch, also ein kombiniertes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. Für uns dennoch ausreichend. Die Küche war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hatte eine ausreichend bequeme Sitzecke. Bad/Dusche waren sehr sauber und in Ordnung Es gab einen separaten Trockenraum für Skistiefel (beheizt). Gute Lage etwas oberhalb vom Ort Aschau. Ca. 5 Fußminuten vom Ende der Skiroute Aschau. Von dort Skibus alle 15 Minuten zurück nach Kaltenbach (Fahrzeit knapp 10 Minuten) Sehr schöne Fewo für Selbstversorger, die es ruhig mögen. Und hat es gefallen.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, ruhige Lage, liegt auf der Skibus-Route und Aschau hat auch eine Talabfahrt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.

Nooit meer hierheen!! Huisje was prima, alleen de eigenaren waren het probleem
We waren totaal niet welkom daar, dit begon al met de opmerkingen die werden gemaakt bij aankomst. Dat ze geen hotel waren en wat meer vreemde opmerkingen, die later veel verklaarde. De eigenaren zijn gewoon in het huisje geweest toen wij weg waren, we hadden met opzet wat dingen verplaatst en stekkers in de stopcontacten gedaan, bij terug komst stond alles weer op de oude manier en waren de stekkers uit de stopcontacten. Naast dit werden we continu in de gaten gehouden, dit was te merken doordat elke keer de gordijnen open gingen en weer dicht als we keken/zwaaide of wat dan ook, ons bezoek zei dit ook en dit voelde vreemd. Het ergste was het vertrek, schreeuwend zei ze (de man was wel aardig) dat we vanalles niet goed hadden gedaan. Er was een pan aangebrand, de koelkast stond te hoog waardoor er ijs in de diepvries zat (Ja blijkbaar is dit een groot probleem en moet je dan heel erg boos worden, ontdooien kennen ze denk ik niet), de oven was niet schoon genoeg, er zat een vlek op een kleedje en meer van die onzin opmerkingen waar ik na een tijdje mee op ben gehouden met luisteren omdat dit nergens meer op sloeg. Als je de eigenaren buiten beschouwing laat was het een leuke vakantie! Ik vind Oostenrijkers (eigenaren van appartenenten) normaal heel erg gastvrij en dit was echt het tegenovergestelde van wat ik gewend ben daar. Als je niet op je privacy gesteld bent of graag in de gaten wordt gehouden is dit een prima locatie, anders zou ik dit niet aanraden. Hopelijk heeft ze een slechte week gehad zodat ze dit op ons heeft af moeten reageren en hebben andere gasten dit niet meegemaakt! Dit was niet de manier om gasten terug te laten komen, om de laatste opmerking 'auf wiedersehen' heb ik dan ook hard gelachen en met 'nein' gereageerd. Verder was het een top vakantie hoor met heerlijk weer en heb ik niets meer te klagen;)

Pas facile de communiquer avec les propriétaires car ils ne parlent pas anglais. Chalet mal situé car à 17h plus de soleil ... il est en face malheureusement donc pas possible de rester dans le jardin après une bonne randonnée, il fait sombre et beaucoup trop frais...il fait aussi froid à l’intérieur... je ne conseille pas aux frileux comme moi, mais la région est belle mais météo très incertaine...

Skvělý pronájem
Pronájem byl velmi útulný, majitelé na nás při příjezdu čekali, byli velmi příjemní. Pronajímané prostory byly pečlivě uklizené, prostorné, na týdenní dovolenou ideální. Lyžařské středisko 5 minut jízdy. Samotné městečko plné restaurací, obchod blízko, řeznictví blízko, určitě se vrátíme!

Schöne ruhige Wohnung - ideale Basis für den Skiurlaub!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert einwandfrei und durch den eigenen Eingang hat man fast das Gefühl eines eigenen Häuschens. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ortskern und eine nette Vermieterin. Wir (3-köpfige Familie) haben uns hier für unseren Skiurlaub sehr wohl gefühlt! Das I-Tüpfelchen wäre noch ein Angebot für WLAN/Internet, vielleicht kommt das ja eines Tages noch dazu. :-) Der Ort Aschau ist ebenfalls gut gelegen, nach Kaltenbach und Zell ist es jeweils etwa gleich nah, so dass man die Wahl zwischen zwei Skigebieten hat. Wir würden hier jederzeit gern wieder wohnen.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super
Kleines ordentliches App. im Untergeschoss; alles da, was man als Eigenversoger zum Kochen braucht. Das Bad klein aber fein. Etwas umbautes Blickfeld Richtung Berge. Direkte Liegewiese vor der Haustür und sehr freundliche Wirtsleute. Für Bergwanderer, die immer auf Achse sind ist`es ideal.
