For shared use: natural state property. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 2.9 km, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 2.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 4.5 km, slopes 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen 4.5 km, Zillertal Arena 6 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked. Theme park 4 km. Ski trail to Aschau 200 m. Ski bus to the ski area Hochzillertal to Aschau. Return home by the ski slope.
