This beautifully renovated 2700 sq ft 4BR/3BA condo has the coveted blend of location and space. The setting is tucked back to provide a quiet mountain experience yet steps to the free shuttle for a quick ride to skiing at Deer Valley (2 mins on the free shuttle) & Main Street (4-5 minutes).
Its prime location provides plenty of outdoor open space, gorgeous mountain views, scenic walking trails, lake, paddle boarding, wildlife, biking & cozy cafe directly out your back door.

The open & bright floor plan features a large living room, generous dining area & over-sized bedrooms. With a full remodel in 2022, you can stay with your family and friends in style in this entertainer’s dream of a home.

Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.
1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.
2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).
If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.
It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.
