I am a small Creole villa located on the waterfront in Etang salé. Ideally located, I am close to all the shops and the city center.
My tree-lined terrace is a delight for your moments of relaxation, lounging on the deckchairs and for taking your meals outdoors.
Push my little gate and you have direct access to the lagoon...
I am composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a closed veranda.
A private overhead parking space.

Le rêve !

Pour notre quatrième séjour à Etang Salé les Bains, nous n'avons jamais été mieux situés qu'à la Bleue Salée. La location est fidèle à la description de l'annonce, rien ne manque, le jardin est adorable et il est entretenu avec soin. On surplombe la plage, quelques marches à descendre est on est sur le sable, vue incroyable. Le kayak est un vrai plus, il permet d'aller observer les poissons nombreux sur la droite du bassin pirogue. On apprécie également la douche extérieure et le barbecue. La voiture est garée en sécurité à l'arrière. Nous sommes arrivés très tard, la personne qui nous a accueilli a été charmante, réactive et toujours disponible. En conclusion, on rêve de revenir !

Emplacement idéal mais intérieur à rafraichir

Emplacement exceptionnel, avec portail donnant sur la plage mais la case meriterait un bon rafraichissement et un peu d'investissement de la part du propriétaire ( balai cassé, pas d'aspirateur, aucun produit d'entretien, des installations electriques douteuses voire dangereuses, des ampoules à nu, des poeles tachées, des draps surannés ...).

Parfaite situation

Très bon séjour dans cette maison dont on apprécie immédiatement les espaces extérieurs. Le problème d'humidité de la maison est chassé par son accès direct à la plage et aux superbes couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse. Très bon souvenir

Einfach traumhaft

Das Quartier liegt direkt am Strand der Lagune, ein wunderschön angelegter kleiner Garten beschattet die Terasse, es gibt aber auch genug Sonne. Alle Ziele der Insel sind von dort aus gut erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist noch besser, als beschrieben, so gibt es Fahrräder zu Benutzung und auch ein Kajak. Die Lagune ist gut geschützt, man kann herrlich schnorcheln und schwimmen, morgens die Fischer bei der Arbeit beobachten. Das Auto kann hinter dem Haus auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß oder per Rad erreichbar, trotzdem ist der Ort L‘Etang Salé eher ruhig, sehr erholsam.
