We are an 5-7 minute walk from the beach (2 minute drive), a five minute walk to the sound (1 minute drive), and only minutes away from local shops, sites, and amazing restaurants!

Great place!

It was just like the pics, clean and thoughtfully laid out. Bed was insanely comfortable. There were extra items not listed on inventory (KCups, utensils, et) that were most like left by previous guests. Hope the next guests will enjoy our "donations" as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Great stay

My stay at Little Cedar by The East Coast Host was absolutely fantastic! The newly remodeled 1-bedroom apartment offered a stylish and comfortable retreat, complete with a plush king-sized bed and a cozy living room with all the streaming services I needed. Being just a 2-minute drive from both the ocean and bay made it super convenient to explore the nearby scenic paths, local shops, and restaurants.

A pleasant peaceful stay

This property was located in a quiet neighborhood. It also was not far from attractions, restaurants or stores! The place was super clean & beautifully decorated. I adored the seating outside as well!

Anniversary Beach Weekend

Thank you so much, we had a wonderful visit. The home was beautiful, clean and most importantly comfortable. We had everything we needed and you were very informative. It was a nice treat to not have to pack the extras. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower after a hot day on the beach!

Relaxing getaway

This was a perfect cozy house to get away and relax. It was super roomy and comfortable! The host thought of everything and even gave us an easy guidebook which we used to find some amazing coffee shops! We will definitely be visiting again.

A Good stay in Kitty Hawk

The apartment was clean, airy and tastefully decorated, and I enjoyed staying there. It was close to the ocean and bay, and a major highway was nearby, making it easy to go to attractions, restaurants, etc. Yet the neighborhood itself was quiet. I also appreciated that any question I had, whether by email or text, Artim always responded promptly.

I loved the decor, amenities were great! only thing missing was a kitchen, which is okay because there are plenty of places to dine out or grab a quick bite. Owner/manager was nice and resourceful, we enjoyed our stay.

Sweet Cottage is a Must for Your Kitty Hawk Stay

This cottage was immaculately clean with great amenities. We loved using this place as a staging area before we went to the beach and coming back home to sit outside on the deck and feel the ocean breezes in the quiet of the night. The neighborhood was very quiet and Artim was excellent. We had a problem with the door lock and within less than 20 minutes of contacting him, he was there to assess the problem and fix it. It truly was a sweet spot to stay at and we will be back! If you are looking for a smaller space to stay in Kitty Hawk away from the crowds, this is the one for you.

Very relaxing weekend in a clean and comfortable rental.

Great location in the outer banks area for traveling to both ends of the OBX. Not waterfront but very close to beach access points with easy parking.

Beautiful and convenient

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It looked exactly like the pictures. While there isn’t a water view from the condo, it’s location is very close to the beach. Bed was so comfortable and decor was perfect. The only negative (and this certainly wasn’t a deal breaker at all) you can hear footsteps if condo above is occupied but that is normal in a condo with multiple floors. It wasn’t a big deal for us.

Good place to rest for the night

The place was clean and we'll kept. No problem with the stay at ask. One thing I missed checking is that it is not a walking distance from the beach because there is a very busy road (highway) that you need to get across to access the beach. Making it impossible to go without a vehicle
