When looking for affordable temporary lodging we have a choice between hotel/motel or VRBO. This one is basically a "queen suite". You do have the house to yourself, but it's not an attractive location. So what do you prefer, privacy or a parking lot? It is adequate & the price is right. There is a small fridge, a pod style coffee maker & a microwave instead of a kitchen. There is a sound bar on the TV, which is a big plus in my book. The neighborhood appears sketchy, but Jonesboro is fairly safe despite the "urban" label. I stayed three nights with no problems.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The condition of the home is absolutely excellent. But the manager made several large mistakes that badly blemished the entire stay. No front porch light upon arrival, no designated parking, wrong access #1, wrong access code #2, wrong/no wifi password, sparse hot water, and no ability to turn off the furnace.

Not as described.
This had only a motel setup for kitchen. The thermostat kept changing. Only shower curtains on windows. Long walk to parking.
Spent most of my time staying at hospital, but used this property for hot showers and washer/dryer.
Very convenient. Easy access.
Good owner communication.
We came for Labor Day weekend. Super comfortable and adorable home. Everything was clean and basic essentials were provided in shower, small coffee station, mini fridge. Tv in living room was really good. Really convenient area we drove about 5 min to Walmart, tj maxx, academy ect… overall would definitely stay here again if we came back up north. And I would definitely recommend to stay here if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable. Also, owner responded very quickly to any questions. Overall were very happy with our stay!
We came to Jonesboro for our daughter’s surgery. The host checked in with us to ask how it went. We appreciated this kindness. The bed was comfortable and the house was very clean. We will stay again.
This property was clean and close to downtown. We arrived around midnight and the parking situation was not in description.. we had to park behind the property but had no way of knowing if where we parked was okay or not. Then we get inside and it's 80 degrees.. the thermostat was tricky to figure out and took quite awhile to cool down. We were exhausted so that was frustrating. After being gone all day, we come back and once again the thermostat is at 80 degrees. Clearly it was being controlled by the host.. even at night when we would turn the temperature down we would wake up in the night or early morning and it was back up to 80 degrees. Water wouldn't get very hot for our showers in the morning OR at night. No Roku or even cable in the bedroom.. basic channels that would hardly come in. You get what you pay for with this one.
Clean place and walking distance to down town. Shower products available to use. DVD player didn’t have hdmi cable to plug in and bedroom tv wasn’t working, but tv in living room worked great. Good wifi. Overall would recommend for the price
Came to Jonesboro for a weekend where I would be volunteering at an event. This was great for me traveling solo in size (it could accommodate more, though) as well as location and price. Recommended!
This property cozy and comfortable and in a decent area. The host was super friendly and great at communicating with me. It’s a great stay for the value price. The only real draw back was we weren’t allowed guests and were not informed of this until after it was past cancellation time and we didn’t want to lose out on the money we already spent
