Disliked: Amenities, communication

So disappointed in the lack of communications. I can and will not be able to recommend this one. The site, furnishings, price, are ok. The unit was not cleaned well, no toilet paper(2 partial ¼ of rolls in each bath) Shower was moldy, kitchenn sink looks bad, the floors were dirty, (my wife cleaned and they were black on the cleaning towel we used, only left us 1 bath towel, 1 beach towel total not for exact of us. Nothing to clean dishes with (dirty sponge), nothing to step out of shower on at all. Mop on the balcony was black/dirty. We went and bought towels, bath mats, dish detergent (only left a little in the dispenser. We are not usually real particular but this was a disappointment. What was even more disappointing was no response to our messages, none. I did not mind spending some on a couple towels, dish cloth, and bath mat, toilet paper, dish detergent but the no-response at all was not acceptable. Our friends were just down the street at another unit by a different owner and they had superior service and everything one shopuld have.
