Smaller spot for sure, but it is set a few blocks from Lark Street and the Capital Buildings. You will find most items in the unit are higher end as well, the owner as well as a many family members stay here.
The location is a 10 minute walk to AMC/ VA, two blocks from a popular street of restaurants and watering holes. What I like the most is that it is safe; you will find a community garden just steps away from the front door.

This unit is used mostly for friends and family which is why you will find premium items throughout. The couch may not be the most comfortable available, but I just had to own it.
