Great place and location
This was a great place to spend the week. Close drive to many places but felt like it was away from the busy strip of pigeon forge. House was clean and communication great.

Nothing in game room works/poor communication
Before check in we requested early check I , owners were very rude and blunt. Upon arrival grass was so high we could not even let the children outside in the yard to play. None of the games in the game room worked. We contacted the owners to let them know and they would not respond to messages. Baseball game was broken and the cord to the air hockey table was broke off so they children could not play either games which is one of the very reasons we rented this cabin. Cornhole boards was dry rotted…. Wieners did not seem to care and blew me off. Check out was at 11 but cleaning lady showed at 9:45 and sat In the driveway watching us pack our stuff up the whole time and argued with me that check out was at 10 until I showed her my reservation receipt. Feeling rushed we were unable to wash the dishes so we stacked them in the sink and just stood the extra mattress against the wall and just unplugged the coffee pot without cleaning it. The owners all the sudden wanted to chat once they seen this and charged us an additional 250 dollars extra for cleaning (also a piece of glass had been broken on the counter bc I had made biscuits and set the hot pan on it without thinking-mom brain) anyways my whole family was disappointed and disrespected and the games and game room is a joke

March Stay
I stayed at this property with family from March 21-27. It was clean and a good location to be fairly close but not on the strip. Enjoyed the fire pit, but the hot tub did not get hot. That said I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed this house
I realized upon arrival that I didn't have a code to get in the house - I assumed it was sent in my VRBO confirmation email, but it wasn't! As there is no internet connection in the area, we had to drive a short distance before we had signal to reach the owner, but he responded almost immediately with the code, so what could have been disastrous ended up being just a short inconvenience. The house itself was perfect for us. The kids loved their room - especially the air hockey table!! - and there was plenty of space for the four of them to sleep all together (though they are small - it may not be quite as comfortable if you have teenagers!). I also loved the house for being creekside and having a yard, but not being on the mountain, so I didn't have to feel panicked every time a kid wandered outside. I wish the weather would have been just a bit warmer for us to enjoy the outside more. There's a nice bit of yard for kids to play in. I will say the road behind the house is a good bit closer to the house than I thought from the pictures, so if you have very small children you'll need to watch them outside, but of course you would do that anyway, right? The kitchen was great for our needs, and everything was easy to find. The washer and dryer were put to good use also! The downstairs shower head was kind of tricky for me to figure out.... I would suggest the owner post some instructions about how to use it, because I had to work it for about 5 minutes before I figured out how to get any water above a trickle! It was easy to navigate to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg from the house, but honestly we bypassed a lot of that traffic because of the location of the house. Overall I was so happy we chose this property and we would love to come back again.

I would stay here again anytime!
This home was even better than it looked in the listing. Very clean, conveniently located and an overall gem. Less than 15 minutes from any of the attractions and around 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I rarely seen the property that delivered on his promises. Owner very responsive when asked questions.

Lovely cabin
My husband, daughter, and I very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin was nice and felt new. Blackout blinds and comfy beds helped us get great sleep. The hot tub was so relaxing. Plenty of fun games for my daughter to play with. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.
