Neglected apartment
We did a family vacation of 3 weeks and stayed in different homes. This apartment we stayed for 10 days. At first look it was big and nice but as you look around you realize this place is old dirty, and falling apart. It was renovated 20 yrs ago and nothing updated since.
For a short term stay the owner gives you nothing, no dish soap no sugar, no cable tv, old tv that cant conect to netflix no english or hebrew chanels. Fridge is all taped up. The towels were grey, thin and old, with different hotel names on towels. I was embarrassed to take those towels to the beach.
Owner needs to invest in the property, do a good cleaning, and be more generous.
We messaged her on Friday about the tv, soaps and little things she messaged us back Wednesday to tell us we needed to do a special request. At that point we bought sugar, detergent etc.
The showers leaked all over the floor, we had to use towels to absorbe the water.
10 days no cleaning was done, i washed our own towels and topped up the toilet paper.
Owner has no business in hospitality.
