Incredible beach house in the perfect location

Our family (including 2 young kids) had a magical stay here. The home is impeccably constructed; very spacious, clean, and with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury rental. Things we especially enjoyed: the included beach & pool toys chairs floats; being able to commute to a wide variety of restaurants by walking down the Jobos beach (we never got in our car once!); the secluded and private nature of the home; all the cozy & scenic sitting areas. Don't hesitate to rent this home- it was the highlight of our stay in Puerto Rico!

Winter vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was great for our 3 adult couples. Fantastic location on the beach. Lovely swimming pool. Loved walking on the beach to get breakfast at Umas. Also can recommend 'inHouse Chef' for a meal cooked in the kitchen. Also recommend Katarina in RIncon for catamaran snorkeling and sunset cruises.

We did our 10 year vow renewal here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Amazing location, stunning accommodations and very helpful contact with Francie! Tim even called before and told me all the amazing things to do while we were there. Couldn’t have imagined our renewal without it.

Perfect House for Christmas Getaway!

Our family of 7 (all adults) had a great time staying at Bella Dunes over Christmans - the house is lovely, nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We were welcomed by Francie and her daughter who gave us a comprehensive tour of the house and grounds and gave us lots of good advice about where to find groceries, etc. The location of the house is amazing, wonderful views of the ocean and a short walk down to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Jobos which has a great beach and fun restaurants with good local food. The beach right in front is great for taking walks but is not a swimming beach - too rocky and surf is dangerous but there's swimming at Jobos - there you just have to be very careful of the rip currents. It was always great to come back to the house after a full day of activities and enjoy taking a dip in the pool and sitting and watching the sunset from either the rooftop patio or the terraces outside the 2 master bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner when we chose to stay in (there are lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute drive). All in all, we loved our week there and hope to be back one day!

Beautiful home!

This is by far one of the most beautiful and well-appointed homes in which we've stayed. The owners and property manager were always available for questions. Francie, the property manager, was there when we arrived to show us the property and the many wonderful amenities. The beach in front of the house was beautiful, but was not swim-friendly because of the rocks. It was, however, great for walks. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing stay at Bella Dunes

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation home near Jobos Beach, Puerto Rico and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. The location of this home is truly unbeatable - just steps away from one of the most incredible surf beaches in the area, and surrounded by some great dining options. The home itself is truly exceptional, boasting modern amenities and a comfortable, stylish design that truly made me feel at home. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking - we found ourselves spending a lot of time enjoying the balconies and lovely roof deck, taking in the stunning vistas of the ocean and the tropical landscape that surrounds the home. One of my favorite features of this vacation home was the incredible pool - it was the perfect spot to cool off on a hot day, or to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and the perfect spot for entertaining or simply unwinding after a day of exploring the local area. Perhaps one of the best things about this vacation home was its proximity to some truly delicious local restaurants. I loved being able to walk just a few minutes to enjoy some of the best food in town, whether I was in the mood for fresh seafood, delicious local cuisine, or familiar comfort food for the kiddos. Overall, I cannot recommend this vacation home enough - it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway, an adventure-filled surfing vacation, or simply a place to unwind and soak up the sun, this home is the perfect choice. I cannot wait to return and enjoy all that it has to offer once again.

Great place!

Lived up to every expectation we had… location, features, and what a view! If you want privacy and proximity to the local part of the island this is the place! We would have liked time to see San Juan and other excursions but there wasn’t enough time so we simply embraced and thoroughly enjoyed our Isabela experience. Beautiful home by Tim and Lori, very well managed by Francie.

Bella Dunes Review

The Bella Dunes property is exquisite in every imaginable sense of the definition. Fantastic location & gorgeous architecture. The owners are a pleasure to work with and friendly people. This house is an immaculate gem that you definitely do not want to miss. If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity - do not make a foolish decision by choosing another option in Puerto Rico. I promise that you will not be let down. Great Group Trip

My friends and I (4 ladies all in our early 50's) had a wonderful time at this property. It started with the great communications and friendliness of Franci (hope I spelled that correctly) to the gorgeous house and property, the great location to the beach and nearby restaurants. Everything was perfect. We especially liked the the Wagon Bar that's located at the food truck park a few blocks west, I think. They make the best rum punches and painkillers. We would come with a pitcher and have them make 8 party cups to fill it. Also, really loved that absolutely yummy lemongrass essential oils that are in the diffusers at the house. It was like being in a spa. Oh! One other thing...we loved the people of Isabela. Everyone was friendly, warm and just plain nice. It's not a touristy town so you get to meet the locals and not other tourists. We really liked that. The only concern we had was exiting the property can be a little tricky. It's hard to see around the corner. Other than that it was the girl's getaway trip we needed. Thanks again for all your help Franci...she even helped me find the lemongrass oil, so I have a piece of Bella Dunes at home.

Amazing Home

This was the best home we’ve stayed in through VRBO, had some power issues on the island due to weather but the home’s generator kept us running for the first two days. Bella Dunes is gorgeous and was the perfect spot for our family vacation this year. Everyone loved the home, pool, beach and location. It really is a magical spot and we are so grateful that we were able to enjoy this home with our family- we fell in love with the home and the island.

A great find

After a couple of major work events, we needed to get away. We have a home in Florida on a border island, with a pool, three houses down from the beach and a great community. But we really just wanted to go somewhere to explore, to relax, and to not worry about the next home improvement project. Bella Dunes provided the getaway we needed. Secluded, but in a “village” where you can walk to some great beach bars for drinks, appetizers or a meal. The house was clean, spacious, and the outdoor spaces rivaled the indoor. If you can fly into BQN, do it. It’s literally a 10 minute drive from the house. I appreciated the direct contact with Tim, who was accessible and made you feel that there weren’t any dumb questions…although we had a couple. While there were just two of us, this house was built for families. To be clear, it was great for what we wanted, but I imagine moms, dads, aunts, uncles and grands sitting comfortably on the multiple decks watching the kids have a blast in the pool or running around the yard. (Well done, Tim and Lori.) Our first Caribbean island trip was to Puerto Rico in 1994. We have rented homes on a number of islands every year since then and I am not exaggerating when I say that Bella Dunes is a great find. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house on a beautiful beach!!!

Tim and Lori made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! We wanted for nothing! The house was well stocked and ready for fun and relaxation! Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Francie and she gave us a tour of the house and property as well as answering all of our questions. She even sent us some recommendations for wonderful restaurants, beaches and horseback riding. Perfect house on the perfect (and basically private) beach. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely book another stay at this location!! Thank you!

We loved Bella Dunes! It was perfect for our group and sleeping arrangements! Very clean.

We were able to host our friends and family at Bella Dunes. Lounge by the pool, take morning runs on the beach. We could walk to Jobos Beach and to our favorite restaurant UMA’s. We had plenty of space and the house was equipped with everything. Tim and Lori were amazing and communication was great.

Wow - what an awesome house & location! The owners were so helpful, even nice enough to give us suggestions on where to go - which beaches and restaurants were the best. Everything you need is close by, but you still feel secluded and private at the house. The pool was a great respite daily coming in from the beach. If you are considering renting this house, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

Dream home by the beach

We’re so glad we chose Bella Dunes. The house is beautiful. It’s very spacious and lovely. The views are amazing. Very comfy rooms and the pool is the preferred place to hang out. Besides some wifi issues, everything else was great. I’d recommend the owners to have at least basic cable TV for rainy days, since the wifi was not very reliable. We’d love to stay there again on our next trip to PR.

Drawing upon my experience as a builder and Lori's eye for detail and design every aspect of the construction was crafted with precision and care, ensuring that the home harmonized seamlessly with its breathtaking surroundings. Today as we stand in the completed home, we are brimming with excitement to share our dream with others.
