The outdoor pool is heated and seasonal.

This was a perfect home for all of the women in our family (ages ranging from 37-84) to get together for the weekend. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed making meals together in the beautiful kitchen, going in the hot tub, making popcorn and watching movies in the awesome indoor movie theater!), sitting in front of the fire playing games that were provided, among so many other things! The owners were extremely responsive and generous with all that they provided for us and made sure that our stay was perfect from start to finish. We are hoping to go back next year! We would all highly recommend this gorgeous property!

Fantastic Wedding Weekend!
My partner and I had a wonderful intimate wedding weekend at the house. There was room for all our guests, all the bedrooms were clean and the beds nicely made for our arrival. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked and was a pleasure to use. Everyone loved the game rooms and the movie theater and we made use of basically everything they had. The sun room/patio made for the perfect place to have an intimate wedding ceremony, and it was exactly what we had dreamed of. Finally, the fact that Marcus and Jamie are restaurant owners was a huge perk in renting the house. Jamie helped us set up catering for the whole weekend and we had plenty of food to go around with leftovers to take home at the end. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Outstanding Stay for Multi-Generational Family
Our group of 16 people, ranging in age from five weeks to 75 years, had a wonderful stay at this property over Labor Day weekend. The house is beautiful, perfectly clean, and very well equipped (the kids loved all the game tables and the movie room), and the grounds are fabulous. We used the hot tub early in the morning and sat by the pool all day. Kitchen and grill were both great for meal preparation. The local area is excellent too -- we did some terrific hiking within 20 minutes of the house. Marcus was excellent to work with and very responsive, both before and after check-in. One thing to be aware of is that not every bedroom has a bathroom connected with it, so people have to share bathrooms. This is perfectly clear from the listing, though (nothing was surprising or misleading), and it was not a problem for our family. We plan to return next year!

Great property, highly recommended and I hope to go again. In addition, Marcus is clearly a professional in the hospitality industry. We had some minor issues with the pool and AC, Marcus rose to the occasion and mobilized all the resources to quickly fix. This is what you want in a VRBO property owner - someone who is attentive, responsive and knows how to serve the customer. Five Stars.

Beautiful property with amazing amenities -- game rooms, theatre, hot tub, fire pit, walking trails. It really had everything we needed for a fun, laid-back weekend. Marcus also provided us with a great catered dinner from his restaurant on the Friday evening. Tiny nitpicky detail: the listing says 18 beds, but unless I miscounted, there are only 17. Not a huge deal - just meant one more guest had to stay in the room with bunk beds - but it would be nice if they fixed the details.

NICE NY GETAWAY
Celebrated my sons 3rd birthday here, could not have been happier with the entire property, from the layout and privacy, to the cleanliness and amenities. Cable TV’s in practically every room, game room, theatre, outdoor jacuzzi, and fire pits that just made our stay so much more special. Thank you for a great listing and a great host.

Wonderful New Years stay!
Celebrated a wonderful new years at this property! Perfect setup for multiple families and small children. Kitchen was very well stocked and very functional. The movie theater was a hit with the kids (and a great break for the parents!) as were the other games provided. The hosts could not have been easier to communicate with and were super accommodating. I absolutely recommend this property for any larger group gathering!

Perfect Reunion Spot
We were a group of 5 families with young children meeting for a reunion. This house was centrally located for our event and had every possible amenity. The kids loved the air hockey, game room, chalkboard walls, and movie theater. The adults loved the fire pit and chefs kitchen. Everyone loved the hot tub! Great owners and great property!!!

Amazing stay for a group!
We brought our bridal party here for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend and loved it! The house is beautiful and the hot tub is awesome! We loved using the movie theatre and the various game tables. The location was very convenient for some beautiful hiking spots. Marcus and Jamie were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend the personal chef dinner!

Everything was wonderful. The host was east to work with and very acxomidating. The home was extremely clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could have needed. There were games for everyone at all ages. It was a really nice vacation. Highly recommend we will definitely be going back.

Prefect vacation home for big group in Catskills area
Everything here was perfect. It was very spacious and each room was designed beautifully. I can’t forget to mention the home theater. All kids loved it and practically spent most of their time in the basement because of the amount of activities there were. There was a vast collection of indoor/outdoor games which were perfect for family/friends vacation. Our small needs were happily fulfilled by property owner Marcus. He provided great hospitality. I would 100% recommend this place for huge family trips as the location was perfect too with Minnawaska state Park and Sams point were only 20 minutes away.

Incredible Property!
My group and I had such a great time staying at this gorgeous property. It is truly an estate! The theater room was perfect for March Madness basketball and movies at night. The outdoors space was perfect for outdoor activities. The rooms were all spacious and clean. Marcus was also such a great host always answering any questions and checking in to make sure we were all comfortable and having fun. The house is also right outside of town and easy to run errands if we needed to get anything. Cannot recommend this place enough. Would book again!
