The property was as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 people. Was so clean, beds so comfy. 30 minutes to Yellowstone park. Stayed 2 nights and was able to have a bomb fire each night. There was great communication between the Spinners and us. Highly recommend
Clean place and worked well for us. We spent 2 full days in Yellowstone and this place worked great.
Our only issue was that the main road is fairly close and the ATVs are up early and pretty loud. This wasn’t an issue when we were up early for YNP, only on our check-out day when we wanted to sleep a bit later.
Overall, for our purposes I’d stay here again.
Stayed only one night. Conveniently located about a half an hour or so from the West entrance to Yellowstone. Pros: cozy place to stay, okay neighborhood, clean. Cons: the room that only has one bed in it...the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Neighbor warned us that there was a very mean dog in the neighborhood that didn't like other dogs and to stay away from it, the house was clean although our allergies really flared up.
Stayed 3 nights and was the perfect spot to be. Had gas on 20 available and was cheaper than in West Yellowstone. 2 ways to get to West Yellowstone. Long way around to Quake Lake was a beautiful drive and worth the extra miles. We came in from Salt Lake City and multiple places to stopped. Got Groceries in Rexberg and worked out perfect. Mesa Falls by way is worth the trip as well. Wifi was great. Was concerned we would not have any reception. Over all highly recommended.

Cute little cabin, but would be better if customer service was better
Loved the cabin and its coziness. I wish the owner was better with customer service.
1. Check-in was difficult as the code provided for the key box was incorrect. In a location where cell phone signals are sketchy, it was really difficult to call the owner and get the accurate key box code that would allow us to enter the property.
2. NO Coffee was provided in the cabin. There was everything else required to make coffee but no coffee powder was provided.
3. Booked this cabin right before the floods in Yellowstone NP were reported. Contacted the owner to check out a day earlier than what was booked ( contacted about 10-12 hours after the property was booked). Not a complete cancellation, reduce by a day. I understand you have policies not to entertain requests, but this is a valid request based on a piece of news that everybody knew about. I wish this request would have been accepted.
My wife and I decided on a last minute Yellowstone weekend retreat before the weather set in. This cozy cabin was available on short notice. We were more than satisfied with the experience. The cabin is very easy to locate and on a popular paved road. The cabin is just a short, couple of mile drive down to Henry's Fork for you anglers. Mesa Falls is easily accessible, as well as Henry's Lake and Yellowstone.
The cabin is adequately furnished and the cupboards are stocked with cookware and flatware, First aid items and a washer/dryer set are available in the bathroom.
Extra blankets and pillows can be found and each bedroom contains a small heater/fan unit.
Our only drawback relates to those of you who travel with the pet member of your family. This cabin is pet friendly, as are the hosts... and this is in no way the hosts fault. Keep your head on a swivel when walking your pet or letting them out to go potty. There are multiple dogs running wild throughout the neighborhood. It looks like the majority of them are from the house across the main street.
Don't make the same mistake as I did and pay attention to the leather-bound booklet on the table. It contains all of the information you will need.
Thank you for a beautifully memorable Yellowstone vacation.
Great place to stay. 30 miles to Yellowstone. Some nice places to eat. You can get supplies in west Yellowstone or at a couple of places nearby. House was as advertised. Very quiet area. Only issue was furnace was loud in one bedroom. I would put in new mugs that don't heat more than the liquid when in microwave. The house is connected to some storage sheds...but no issues.
Great location for fishing and outdoor activities. Very comfortable accommodations. Management was excellent. Please remember that if traveling with pets that there is wildlife free range in area. The local dogs were not a bother; we are guests in their normal environment.
It was close to Yellowstone and Johnny sack cabin. We seen moose at the cabin about 10am. It’s a great place would definitely stay again. Had to leave a day early due to wildfire smoke but I wish I could have stayed for a month.
Nice, Clean and close to west Yellowstone entrance
The property was clean, stocked with utensils and the location was appropriate for our Yellowstone vacation. The house was clean and was rightly sized for our family (4 adults and 1 toddler). Amber was very helpful with the check-in and check out process.
Christi always responded very quickly. This house has everything you need except for you, your family and clothes. I always brings items from home for cleaning, laundry, shower items, seasoning, etc., but to my surprise all of that stuff was already there. We loved the house and it's location. This was the perfect location for us and close to things we were interested in seeing, such as Yellowstone National Park! I can't say enough about our stay. Thanks again, Christi!!
House was nice and well kept. It’s an older house but it’s well maintained and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and it’s only about 30 minutes to the west Yellowstone entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
We loved it. Our first time in island park and we really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was just perfect. Our kids loved it and didn't want to leave, neither did we. Only regret was not booking for more days. Very welcoming and attentive hosts. We will definitely be back.
