You’ll love the pristine beauty of Seagrove and its rich history. It’s chock-full of great restaurants too, some of which are within walking distance. Stroll (or ride a bike!) to Brozinni's Pizzeria, Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta, and Mi Casita Mexican Grill.

Plus, Seaside is less than a mile away to the west, and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Each level of this gorgeous beach house has a porch. And the best one? Definitely the top floor! A very unique space, complete with a lounging area, TV, and mini kitchen, It feels like a second home within a home! Very nice. You can even see the spectacular Gulf.
Beautifully decorated, the spacious and newly furnished living area is comfy and inviting, with a 65” curved 4K TV. The updated kitchen has new countertops. Also on the first floor is a guest bedroom, queen, with a hall bath, double vanity and shower/tub.
Upstairs, a primary bedroom, king, also with a double vanity and shower/tub. The bunk rooms, connected by a Jack and Jill bath, has room for six kids. Adorable. The third floor has another primary bedroom, queen, with private bath and shower/tub.
One definition of Arrabella is a girl’s name, meaning beautiful and grace. Very fitting. Enjoy!

Our time at Arrabella was very nice. The house worked out perfectly. Amenities: Loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/liquid soap in the bathrooms. That was wonderful. Housekeeping: Needs lots of improvements. Recommendation: 3rd Floor Master Bedroom - 2 suggestions: First: The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. It is a cheap mattress with a bed topper. Not good at all. Second: If this is considered a master bedroom, I would suggest changing from the queen to a King size bed. Overall, we had a good time during out stay.

The property was in great condition and easily accomodated our group of 10. The house is laid out well. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We counted steps and the beach is about 550 steps away. The driveway was long enough to accomdated 3 vehicles plus a golf cart. The property management company was very responsive to our needs and requests. Overall, we had a great experience and I would stay here again.

Our family had an awesome Florida vacation! An staying at the Arabella made it even more so! Perfect place for 3 families (6 adults and 6 grandkids)!!! Very easy walk to the beach. Oh, and the ice cream/ shaved ice store!😉 Would definitely recommend!!

This property hosts a large group comfortably and is tastefully decorated, spacious, and well appointed. The location is a short walk (5 min) to the beach access, and a short bike ride (15 min) to Seagrove and Seaside. Our only recommendations: 1. bring sleep masks - the primary bedroom's transom windows are not covered, causing some early wake up times.2. bring plastic storage containers and kitchen towels to augment the few provided.Would certainly rent again!

Was nice having a little yard in the front where the kids played bocce/spike ball. We had a handful of senior girls that LOVED having the upstairs living room area to hang out separate from the adults. And although there were plenty of beds, they fought over who would sleep on the sectional on the top floor because of comfort. Plenty of seating for meals, etc. Was all great!

Seaside Half Marathon Ladies Trip
Five of us came down for the seaside school half marathon and 5K event, our last time here together was two years ago just before Cove it broke out. This wonderful house had so much room for all of us, each of us had a private space and bathroom, making it a retreat after each day we did workouts. The back patio is amazing, and having the outdoor shower is nice to keep from tracking sand in. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Love the location
This was our second time renting this home, we love the location! I’m only giving 5 stars to the cleanliness because the property management company sent the cleaners back out to clean the house again. The house needs a good deep cleaning .. it was very clean when we rented it over spring break .. so we were shocked when we arrived to a completely different experience the second time. My only other suggestion is for the owners to do a revamp on the supplies in the kitchen… we made do with what they had but very minimal. Overall the home is beautiful and the location is perfect .. a very short walk to the beach.

Outstanding Stay in Paradise
Loved our stay in this beautifully decorated house! So much to offer- our large extended family was able to spread out into the different areas of the house and still able to easily spend time together. Neighborhood pool was not crowded and easily accessible, public beach access was an easy walk, popular local eateries were around every corner, and the bikes on property were handy for daily trips into Seaside. The air conditioner on the first floor stopped functioning on our last night there but Oversee maintenance responded quickly and were super nice (Spencer). Our family will most definitely consider staying in this house again for our next trip to 30 A!

WONDERFUL PLACE AND NICELY DECORATED
All was very good except the kitchen. Each departing guest is supposed to wash and put away the dished. Well be sure and wash all the dishes before you use them!!! Over half of the dishes we took from the cabinet had to be washed, some were really dirty. This is not a good request to require the departing guest to clean the dishes because they could care less and are leaving ready to get home. The living room furniture was not very clean, cookie and cracker crumbs! These are easily corrected and this is a wonderful place to stay if you do not mind fighting for a beach spot . The beach access was very crowed and the beach chair rental company had a small section for access beach goers to use and they even had the very front part of the beach for their rental chairs. I truly enjoyed my stay but will only stay directly on the beach from now on.

30A Fun!
We really enjoyed our week at the beach! The house was beautiful and is the perfect lay out for families! The house needs some attention. It could use a thorough deep clean. The dishwasher needs to be replaced too - it barely washes, and we had to run it several times just to get the soap out of the little soap holder. (We were not overloading it either.) My hunch is that the owner is not aware of some of the small maintenance issues the house had--and perhaps the management company hasn't walked the property in some time. It could have used more cooking supplies too - cookie sheets, mixing bowls, serving and prepping utensils were in short supply. We stay in a lot of big homes via VRBO and we have not experienced such a sparse set up before. We were a bit underwhelmed for the price. With a little bit of attention this house would be great for the next guests!

Arabella is absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! The beach is steps away and is surrounded by several places to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even some sweet treats. The home is very roomy and beautifully decorated. We had some minor house repairs, broken door, broken toilet and broken sink. We called the management company about the door and they were responsive but they could not fix it. There was not follow up after the initial call so I had inquire again. The management company provided a set of keys but it was inconvenient as another family was staying with us. Our toilet was next fixed. The sink broke on the last day. I know this was unusual time with everything happening in our world so I would recommend the property hoping in the future the management company is more responsive.

Great House and Outstanding Service from Oversee Rentals!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 Families (Mine, Sisters, and Parents) all stayed at the Arrablla house for a getaway. The house was in great condition. My mother noticed a light out, and called the Oversee Rentals. Within half an hour, they were there. The Tech checked his computer and noticed Filters would be coming up in the next week and asked if we minded if he went ahead and took care of that while he was there. Of Course! During the vacation, my son who has special needs Broke the 65” Curved 4K TV. I called oversee, and again within an hour someone was there. Long story short, they shopped the TV, found the lowest price online, and deducted what they would have made from my rental, because of the circumstances. I happily paid the difference, because this was way more than they had to do., When renting from them you will receive emails with Exactly what supplies the house will be stocked with, Mobile App for info on the house, and surrounding information, as well as access instructions. We travel a good bit, and I can say Oversee is by far the best rental company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rent this house, you will not regret it!
