Comprising a living room of 30m2, large screen Smart TV, electric relax sofa, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a very well equipped Provencal style kitchen, with dishwasher, a bathroom with bath and double sink, a separate toilet. Washing machine. A sunny terrace of 18m2 with electric awning, relaxation area and plancha. Beautiful unobstructed view over the rooftops of the city and the Rocher de Roquebrune. Shaded car park. 20 minutes from the city center on foot, 5 minutes by car. Owners on site (discretion assured). Pool only for tenants.
