Family visit

Very clean, which is the most important attribute. There were no lamps in the house which could be used for reading. No light by the bed I used. The bathroom needs a hook to hang cloths on when showering. Overall very well worth the price.

Perfect Location for MTB Enthusiasts

This property has everything you need to enjoy your MTB adventure. It backs up to some great trails, has a bike shop & wash station. We enjoyed our family trip and couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommend booking this house.

Beautiful, quiet setting

We enjoyed the quiet location and all the beautiful trees on the property. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck in the mornings! We had family members staying on Loch Lomond and it only took us about 14 min to get to the house they were staying in. Appreciated the Catholic Church close by! Had everything we needed!

Great Stay

Gravity House was amazing. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bike workshop was super handy and we loved having a bike rack in the house. The location was perfect. So close to everything but nestled away for privacy. My family and I can’t wait to go back and definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

First and foremost the owner was very accommodating to allow us to arrive early on our first day. My husband got food poisoning the night before so being able to check in early to have bathroom facilities when needed was a godsend. The place was simple and perfect and spacious for the both of us. Easy access to and from MTB trails. Peaceful and very quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities for the mountain biker. We will definitely be back to visit the Bentonville area and will be looking to stay at this lovely abode again.

Great getaway home!

This was a great getaway home especially if you're a mountain biker. Had all the necessities we needed. Great bike wash station and shop with tools. All beds were in good condition and everything was comfortable. We wanted some seclusion and that's exactly what we got. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Setting

Peaceful Setting - roomy open floor plan, GREAT STAY, loved the cyclist theme through out. Kitchen good/small with basic necessities-we didn't cook. AC works great + 2 tower fans in large bedroom closets. Need clothes hangers. Main rooms had ceiling fans. Home feeling. Excellent location for bike trails. 2 bedrooms, lovely bedding and nice decor touches.Queen beds. Comfortable memory foam mattress in 1/2 bath room, other had pillow top,too soft for our family liking. Needs more than 2 hand towels and 4 wash cloths, but didn't request additional. Be aware - Hot water limited, Less than 15 minutes, not long enough for 1 to shower. A challenge - Yikes!! but made do with planning. Was there for wedding weekend at Mildred Cooper chapel, stunning setting and perfect weather. Dogwoods tree s and other spring flowers just beginning. Overall LOVED this home - wished could stay longer. WILL BE BACK AGAIN to absorb Bella Vista beauty.and explore the trails.

Great hub for a Bella Vista & Bentonville Bike Trip

House was very well stocked for a mountain biking crew. The storage and workshop were perfect. Be sure to bring charcoal for the grill.

As expected, mostly

Pictures were accurate. It’s not very cozy and the hot water runs out quickly. We only needed it as a place to lay our heads since we were in town to spend Thanksgiving with friends. I see the attraction for singles looking to enjoy the trails. Host was a great communicator. My 11year old bled through the sheets and didn’t tell me so we got charged an extra $50. I get it, but am discouraged by the loss. Overall great for mountain bikers maybe not so much for a family w/kids.

Great place, fully stocked, great workshop

Excellent cabin on the edge of some of the popular trails. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods, by yourself. Fully stocked cabin with everything you need, but if you run out the store is only minutes away. Highly recommend and we'll be back.

Amazing people, amazing place

House was very specious, modern and like being at home away from home, everything needed is provided by the exceptional hosts, that have shown us nothing but good ol southern hospitality. Home is built in a beautiful location with many amenities. I would 10 out of 10 recommend staying at one of their homes.

MTB Mecca

Perfect house for a MTB trip. Very clean, spacious, and all the accommodations you could want for a bike vacation: wash station, bike stands, and a workshop with most tools. It’s just a few yards from trails. Highly recommended!
