Cozy Clean Updated Condo in Central Incline
2 story. I bedroom downstairs. 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 full baths. This is my families 2nd home and I keep it updated, cute and clean. Best for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children as the condo water heaters are small and please note that showers will have to be staggered to accommodate all guests. 1.5 blocks from Lakeshore Blvd with great walks. Close to Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose ski resorts. Close to the Hyatt casino and hotel. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. A great central place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe.

This is my families 2nd home and we have been coming to ski and boat for most of my life. I am now offering vacation rentals on a limited basis as I still enjoy being there when I am not riding and showing my horses. Show season runs through the summer months so my main use is in the winter time. I hope you enjoy our place as much as I do!

Family 2nd home. Great location. Close to everything you need. The lake is 1.5 blocks away with a great walking path. Skiing is close by at Mt. Rose and Diamond Peak.
