relaxing finale to our family vacation

we loved this property! it’s in a beautiful quiet location close to Terry Peak & right outside of Lead. we grabbed food to grill at the local grocery store and enjoyed using the grill at the house. the kids loved the hot tub and we took time to sit & relax on the deck. the kids room was perfect for our 2 kiddos we had with us. it’s very clean and the fact that we could do our laundry before heading home was a moms dream!!! highly recommend this property to the next renters. thanks teesha!

House was fine

This house was fine, unfortunately the roof of the porch had been taken off the day before we got there. We have two small children so my girlfriend spent almost the entirety of the first day cleaning up broken glass, nails and screws, because of the children. I had called VRBO, previous to staying there, and someone in India or Pakistan assured me that we could bring a service dog. One of the children is prone to seizures, and the dog alerts us. There was a seizure early in the morning on the day we checked out, so we were late checking out. The cleaning lady was absolutely rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend, after I explained that we were going to be late checking out because of a hospital visit we had that morning. But that’s certainly not the renters fault. Overall, I would recommend this cabin if there isn’t any construction work going on.

Very nice comfortable place

The cabin is a simple but nice comfortable place. Unfortunately a storm had passed through and damaged the awning. So the awning was removed but the lumber and tin is still laying on the ground. There were a few minor issues inside the cabin but nothing major. Teesha got back to me very quickly when i notified her. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I am sure that thing minor this will get fixed and a new awning put on soon. I would recommend this cabin to my friends.

Beautiful area, lots to do. Location close to Lead stores. Secluded, quiet and comfy. Hot tub was the best after long days doing the tourist thing. Very restful.

Skiing cabin

The cabin was very cute and clean. Our boys enjoyed the hottub. Wish the neighbors weren't so close, but that's to be expected. Furnace didn't keep up in the main room, but the bedrooms where warm.

Pretty mountain cabin

My family stayed here for 3 weekends in July 2022 while we toured the Black Hills. The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone loved hanging out in the hot tub in the evenings after hiking and touring during the day. Quiet neighbors made for a relaxing environment throughout our stay. The property was exactly as described and everything worked as it should in the house.

Great spot

Everything was great at the cabin. It was comfortable and clean. My daughter and I enjoyed our time there and we loved playing Uno in the evenings after sightseeing during the day. It was a great spot.

We enjoyed the cabin very much, it was just as described. We loved that the Christmas tree, lights and decorations were still up. We had trouble with the key code, but the property manager promptly activated another code and we got right in. Thanks for allowing us to create special memories!

Amazing place at Terry Peak!

I was impressed with the extras they provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers. The beds sheets, towels and hot tub towels were also provided, clean and smelled clean. Beds and pillows were newer and were super comfortable. Great location, about 1 hour to all the activities and events. Beautiful drive throughout the hills. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Hope to visit next year at this same home.
