As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the spacious dining table, or step outside and fire up the grill for an alfresco feast.

When it's time to unwind, sink into the comfort of the plush living area, complete with a smart TV and satellite/cable channels. Indulge in a soothing soak in the hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, both of which are sure to become your favorite spots.

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation as a family of four. We are impressed with the listing and when we got to the house it exceeded our expectations. It was clean and stocked with all basics that we could need. The house was beautiful and perfectly set up. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back!.

Modern beauty

You can tell this property has been fully renovated. It is modern and beautiful. The house has everything you would ever need for your stay. We loved having bikes available. We rode around the neighborhood and down Vanderbilt. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It’s close to multiple beaches and shopping. We have rented many homes in this area and this has been the best one. We would love to rent this house again for our next stay.

Exactly what we were looking for

Our family was in town for our son's wedding at St. Leo Church and reception at the Bonita Bay Club. This house was just the right size for five of us and close to the venues. Everything was incredibly clean and the host was responsive to our needs. The pool and spa were nice for a bit of relaxation at night, all screened in to keep out the bugs. Wish we had more time to use the bikes. Highly recommended!

Immaculate house with everything you need!

The house was immaculately clean and decorated so nice. Everything was fantastic from the pool and patio to the kitchen and living space, and the very comfy beds. They have everything you can possibly need and more. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit this area…can’t wait to return again.

This house was perfect. Beautiful inside. The layout worked so well and the outdoor space was amazing. My elderly parents and young kids had a blast and we cannot wait to return. Great location too, so close to all the beaches and shops.

We call the house the pool house and we love it!!!!! Simply everything about house is fabulous. We want to rent again. If we had one complaint it would be that the second bedroom does not have a king bed. We love the place. EVERYTHING is there for the crew staying. Thank you!!!!!

Wonderful!

Loved our time staying at this property. Very well maintained, updated, and extremely clean. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and in a great location for the beaches, golf, restaurants, shopping and biking. The kitchen was so nice and well equipped. We really enjoyed the outside pool area and lanai. It is so relaxing and private. Eileen (prop. manager) was professional and friendly. She met us at the property to show us around and answer any questions. We would love to stay here again! Thank you Andy and Marzenna for sharing your beautiful home.

This beautiful updated house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Nice furnishings, gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen, beach supplies, bikes, big screened outdoor lanai with plenty of seating for relaxing, dining, and a heated pool. They didn't skip a thing in regard to starter supplies, they covered it all, which was very thoughtful and accomodating. A coffee and tea station better than a nice hotel. The house is tucked in a neighborhood off Vanderbilt Rd, where the sidewalk goes for miles, great for daily walking and biking. Eileen the property Mgr was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

AWESOME !!

We have been coming to this area for many years, totally love Southwest FL. This house is beautifully done, very comfortable, and welcoming. And its proximity to so many different choices is excellent. There is a bit of a noise factor being directly behind some businesses and so close to main road. But, we totally enjoyed our stay, and Andy could not have been more accommodating. It's definitely a gem, and worth checking out !! Enjoy !!

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing time, the house was so clean and nice. The pool was fantastic. There were little touches throughout the home that made our stay even better. Communication with the owner was also great. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come again.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was beautiful and had many toys to play with. Really all you needed to Brin g was your clothes, everything else was ready for you. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Sublime Retreat

This property is WONDERFUL!! We stayed here for 10 days and had such a great time. The house is perfect - very clean and well-stocked. The pool area is beautiful! It is exceptionally private despite there being homes and businesses close by because the pool area is almost completely shielded from view. My family and I spent hours in the pool! The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. There were beautiful beaches, wonderful activities, and great restaurants. And when we weren't busy doing those things, the home itself was a relaxing place to rest, play games, get meals, and watch some TV. We have very fond memories of our time here and would definitely stay again. Book it! You won't regret it!!

Great property!!

From start to finish, our experience was amazing. Andy, the owner, was great at communicating. The property was BEAUTIFUL and so well laid out with great amenities. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages were 11 and 12). The proximity to restaurants and beaches was great. The property manager was so nice too. The pool and lanai were our favorite place to hang out with plenty of room for everybody. The extra touches like having nice big beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and various size coolers made our trips to the beach much easier since we couldn’t/didn’t bring those things with us. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great property!

This was my second time staying at this property, and it was just as nice as the first time. The location is perfect and every detail is taken care of. We enjoyed meeting the neighbors and their corgis. Hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful Bonita Break

We loved this property. We holiday in Naples every year and have stayed in some lovely homes but this one is now our favourite. It is modern, clean, spacious and has every amenity we required. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor area with the gorgeous pool, hot tub and relaxing seating areas. The photos online don’t do this justice and we will definitely be returning here. We miss it already!

Better than advertised!

I don't typically write reviews, and we have rented a lot! We've been coming to the area for 30+yrs, so are very familiar with the area. This was a great rental! The pictures don't do it justice at all. The house has gone through a complete renovation and looks and feels like a brand new home. I will say, that there is some road noise when sitting outside, but that's also a positive. You are 1 block off of Bonita Beach Rd, and have very easy access to everything SW Florida has to offer! Super easy access to many different beaches, shopping is close, and tons of eating choices within minutes. The patio doors and windows are amazing, so once it's time to close up for the night, you won't hear a single thing outside. We keep a small storage unit in Florida with our personal items and things we have been missing frequently in rental homes, we hardly used any of those items this trip. I can't think of a single thing this house was missing. Thank you for the great 10 day stay! Hope to be back soon!
