Shoreline Towers 2076 (sleeps 7) Beach Setup Included (March 1-October 31)

This unit has panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. You can sit out on your open balcony and watch the dolphins play while enjoying your morning coffee. In the evenings spectacular sunsets while relaxing with your favorite beverage.

Unit 2076 is in tower 2 on the 7th floor, has two kings and one queen bed and the unit has 1 twin roll away bed in second king bedroom closet. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and bathtub/shower combination in the guest bathroom. A washer and dryer is located in the unit for the guests convenience. Complimentary parking for 2 vehicles, 24-hour on-site security.
Located in the Heart of Destin and near restaurants, water parks, shopping and more come and enjoy this vacation rental.

(March 1 - October 31) - Sunset Beach Service, Inc nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.

(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

Oceanside Condo

We loved our oceanside view from the balcony. The beautiful beach was close and easy to access. The condo was very clean and well-stocked and maintained. Check-in and check out was easy. Great location in Destin.

You couldn’t ask for a better location and views than what this condo has to offer. I noticed in other reviews about the carpet and totally agree that it needs a good shampooing but other than that everything was perfect.

The best view with a couple of issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property could not be in a better location, I’d recommend it for anyone that wants a gorgeous view and easy access to the beach. The daily beach setup was a great bonus feature as well, just be sure to get down there early to secure your spot with the rental company. The condo itself was well stocked in both the kitchen and the bathrooms which made prepping meals and showering for our family of 6 very easy. We had two small issues regarding the unit -first, there is just too much furniture - it was difficult to get comfortable because we were always maneuvering around furniture. The biggest issue in my opinion was the carpet in the bedrooms - it should really be replaced with tile. It was matted down and grimy to the point that we didn’t want to walk on it with our bare feet. That might just be a pet peeve of our family and wouldn’t bother others, but it was a bummer for us to deal with. Overall we still had a fantastic visit and would certainly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant getaway!

I first witnessed this guy at the beach. He was amazing with a lady and her 2 kids digging a hole. Then I found out he was our Shoreline Tours security. He walked my kids to our condo, gave us great advice and his just overall personality was awesome!!

There was construction going on, but it didn't bother us much. My only complaints are that the listing stated that no pets were allowed, however there was a pet there prior to our stay bc there was short straight pet hair all over the coach and on some pillows which prevented me for using them when resting in the living room. The other complaint is that the sofa had a lot of stains that were very visible. Couch needs a good shampooing. Other than that,bit was great and I will return.0

Home away from Home

My family had a perfect time here. The unit is spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed spending lots of time on the balcony. All the beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The construction going on did not seem to add any discomfort in our stay. We are looking forward to stay again.

Pros The beach access was perfect. The beach is SUPER clean and wasn't ridiculously overcrowded. The suit was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was breathtaking. The tvs were all smart tvs which is very nice so everyone can watch their own thing. The master bath is huge and luxurious. My family and I had an amazing time. Cons The only cons I can really say are just small things. The construction going on outside the building was sort of inconvenient (This does not reflect the quality of the room itself). A few of the USB chargers or wall outlets either didn't work or were really hard to access. The unit struggled to stay cool so that fan in the master bedroom was a God send. The furniture was a little outdated and oversized. Overall This is amazing space to have a fun family vacation with easy access to all that Destin has to offer. I plan on coming back to Shorelines towers again in the future with my family and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome beach get away.
