In a quiet position, 4 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: beautiful garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: lounge, internet access, sauna, steam room, solarium, relaxation room, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Grocery 7 km, restaurant 100 m, bar 3 km, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 20 km. Mountain railway 5 km, gondola lift 4 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 4 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 20 m. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 44 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. A wellness area with Tyrolean herbal sauna, sanarium, steam bath and solarium as well as the sun terrace round off the relaxing holiday experience. The sauna is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. W-Lan in the room (free). The Pitztal SOMMERCARD is included in the price from mid-June to mid-October.

Lieblos geführte Appartementanlage eines wenige Kilometer entfernten Hotels. Möbel sind abgewohnt. Lage ist super. Ausreichend Platz. Wenige Autominuten bis zum Übungslift Mandarfen, Skigebiet Rifflsee und Gletscher. Ruhig. Leider schlecht gereinigt. Müll und Gerüche vom Vormieter. Auf Reinigungswunsch wegen Geruch nach ... hat das Hotel umgehend eine Reinigungskraft geschickt. Zu wenig Parkplätze.

Einfach aber zweckmässig
sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Kein grosser Luxus oder High-Tech Möbel, aber dafür ein Preis welcher der Wohnung mehr als gerecht wird. Ideal für Gruppen oder Familien. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Empfehlenswert.
