About this property

An exquisite Park City town home in Juniper Landing featuring 3 ensuite bedrooms. Two (2) bedrooms have a King Size bed. One bedroom has two (2) twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed. All bedrooms have a spacious deck overlooking the 10th fairway of the Canyons Resort Golf Course.

The home is furnished with Robert Kelly interiors, a Park City high end design studio. It features a mountain modern contemporary look with clean classic lines. The finishes showcase original art, beautiful rugs over wide plank flooring. The kitchen is showcased with veined white quartz waterfall countertops and custom cabinetry. The high-end finishes include Thermador appliances. The living spaces are open and ample for a family of 6 or the perfect ski getaway for 3 couples.

The common areas include a 25 yard heated outdoor salt water pool, hot tub, fire pit and fitness center which includes a sauna and changing rooms. The home itself has its own fire pit with navy adirondack chairs and an outdoor grill. The private hot tub to the unit was installed April 2021.

Texans visit Park City

Property was great for extended family. Teenagers got their own room--away from the grandparents!! Hot tub was an added convenience as well as the use of the outdoor heated pool (part of the HOA). Susie was extremely attentive to all our questions and extremely helpful. An excellent stay and the location was great.

Great place that was a short walk to the Frost Wood Gondola for a fun weekend of skiing. Enjoyed spending the evenings with our 4 kids in the cozy townhouse. Instructions and communication was clear.

Outstanding experience all the way around. Brigette makes getting there so easy. Excuse my writing. I’m just going to ramble off the long list of positives. Amenities were perfect. Hot tub so nice and convenient. Fire pit was fun to gather around and enjoy a cocktail after a day on the slopes. Beds were super comfortable. Bath robes such a nice touch. Heated garages with remote makes entry and exit so convenient. Keep skis and snowboards and boots in the garage. Bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Absolutely everything was perfect. Fantastic Ski Getaway

Just minutes walk to the slopes this property is stunning and perfect for a couples or family getaway. We loved how fully stocked it came and everything looked brand new. Brigette was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions that arose. The hot tub and fire pit were amazing outdoor additions to the beautiful indoor decor. Location is great as was the skiing!

Beautiful home with fantastic amenities!

We have rented many homes through HomeAway (and other sites), and this home has been the very best! Rentals can sometimes offer "second-hand" kitchen accessories, linens, etc. That is absolutely not the case here: everything in the house was top-notch! From the high-capacity coffee maker to the gourmet knife set, we had absolutely everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy the space. The house also includes fantastic details for skiers, including dedicated storage spaces, a sink in the garage, and a boot drier. The homeowner was very attentive and made certain we were happy and comfortable. We had the best "first" trip to Breck, and hope to make this an annual tradition!

Spacious, warm, well-equipped.

We are a family of five with two college-aged and one younger child who traveled to Breckenridge from New England. This home provided plenty of space and privacy for each member of my family. High ceilings and large windows made the home light and bright and showcased the beautiful woods and trails outside. The kitchen was very well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. (A pair of kitchen shears would be helpful, though). The radiant heat made the home comfortably warm, and gas fireplaces added additional warmth and ambiance. The hot tub worked perfectly and was a pleasure after a long day on the slopes. Nice, new washer/dryer on the main floor was very convenient as well. This home could easily fit two families. The board games were a hit. The Gondola was very convenient way to get on and off the slopes, about a 7 minute walk or about 2 blocks away. This home would also be ideal for people who want to try XC or snowshoeing, as there are trails and Nordic center close by. Minor cons: My kids noted that the bunk bed mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable and the TV/remote system was a little dated (no HD).

Great house and a great location.

We really liked the house. It's very roomy and has great amenities. The location on shock hill is great for walking to the gondola for riding in the morning and going to town that evening. Having the hot tub was nice to soak some soar muscles after a long day of riding. We would gladly stay here again if we come back to the Breckenridge area.

Great spot for a family ski vacation

Our family shared the space with friends we hardly ever get to see. We have four kids under 7 and the home was perfect. The open concept of the main floor made it a great place for the adults to catch up while still keeping an eye on the littles. The full kitchen had everything we needed and the two sweets made sure both families had all the luxuries we could want.

Beautiful home, excellent location

We had a great stay here! The kitchen is very well-equipped, the hot tub is nice and overlooks a beautiful wooded area, the two-car garage was great to have, and the great room/dining area easily accommodated our group of nine. The location is super convenient for skiers, as it's a very short walk to the first gondola stop from the house. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic property

What a beautiful home and location. Short walk to the gondola and the access to both Main Street and skiing can’t be beat. Fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus. Beautiful, well equipped home

This home well accommodated our two families of 9 people. The home is comfortable, well decorated, well cared for and equipped with all we needed. We ate almost all our meals at the house and all the necessary pots, pans and tools were in the kitchen. The beds and linens were nice and comfortable. Breckenridge is beautiful in July!

Brigette has been in the vacation rental business for 16 years. She manages multiple properties and has an expert team on the ground in Park City to respond our guest's needs.

Why they chose this property

The reason we selected this property was the proximity to the gondola, the golf course and the Waldorf Astoria. All are within a short walk. This is an ideal location for both a winter and summer vacation. The elevation in Park City is an easy transition from lower elevations throughout the country. We love the driving distance from the airport which is a mere 30 minutes. Its a 3-lane highway and no mountain passes to contend with.
