Welcome to Playa Maya, a magnificent three story home located just 3 steps from Rosemary Beach in Inlet Beach on 30a. This large home is over 3000 square feet and is a wonderful place for the entire extended family to get together for the ultimate 30a beach vacation. This home features a pool, two courtyards, new furniture, balconies, a fireplace and an elevator.

Playa Maya is conveniently located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach. This tastefully decorated retreat is across the street from the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club and a quick 4 minute walk to the sugary sands and emerald waters of the Gulf.

Playa Maya's most popular features are the incredible and rare outdoor spaces. Between the carriage house and main house is an amazing courtyard featuring a private pool and plenty of seating to relax during the day or after the beach. Behind the main house is a private back patio perfect for quiet outdoor dining and unwinding. You will also be able to enjoy the two front balconies which are perfect for taking in the majestic 30a sunsets each night.

Playa Maya has 4 bedrooms in the main house each with its own Smart TV. Playa Maya can accommodate up to 10 guests. Girls Weekend
This is our favorite property! Its a quick walk to the beach. Pool is awesome if its just too windy for the beach. Lots of fun outdoor spaces and four bedrooms all with their own bath. Well maintained-Perfect in every way!!

Bachelorette Getaway
For my bachelorette my friends and I wanted a convenient and chill getaway. This property was perfect in terms of location! We could walk to the beach as well as to the local restaurants. The heated pool was great for late nights dips. Dolly was very responsive and easy to reach out to. Would highly recommend as 30a is becoming such a hot spot for bachelorette groups

This property exceeded our expectations! Dolly quickly responded when I had questions before booking just one week before arrival and communicated all the details of the property to perfection. We were a little confused when we arrived in the dark by which door to unlock and Dolly answered the phone on the first ring to help us. We traveled as a group of 4 adult women and we loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The home is decorated tastefully and is very clean. We were big fans of the elevator to get our luggage to the bedrooms, glass door refrigerator, Sonos sound system, comfortable outdoor furniture and outdoor lighting. We decided to heat the pool and throughly enjoyed it all weekend. The property is within perfect walking distance to the beach and Rosemary Beach restaurants and stores. We were even able to walk to Alys Beach for lunch one day. Honestly the only downside for us was that the stay was too short. We will return! Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

Beautiful property
We loved this property! The house is beautifully appointed and the outdoor spaces are tremendous. Lots of room on the pool deck and in the evenings there is a second patio with a fire pit. The location of the house is great too - easy to get too before all the Rosemary beach traffic but still close enough to walk to everything. Dolly was great with communication and always available for any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved Playa Maya
We loved our stay at Playa Maya! Great location, short walk to the beach! Condo had everything we needed from games, Pool and beach toys, to ice maker and pantry! The pool alarm is obnoxious but as a family with Children we appreciated it! The beds were comfortable and Loved the two master suites! Would definitely stay Here again!

Perfect House
This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! Not only is the house beautiful and well supplied, the management company was great to work with! Quick walk to the beach and shops and restaurants in Rosemary. The house was also supplied with beach chairs which was a huge perk since half of our group flew in. We will certainly plan to stay here again!

Girls Get Away!
We are long time girl friends that come to 30A once a year. Great place-we each had our own room and bath. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrellas daily and all of the assorted outdoor spaces each evening. Fabulous location. Beautiful home-5 Stars all the way around!
