Quaint and wonderful little cabin in the woods. My family enjoyed the stay! Very nice neighbors and saw lots of nature!

Cute and tiny but not for families.

Very cute and off the beaten path home. Has a GREAT shower and the tap water was amazing. All appliances worked well except the dryer it did take a bit for our clothes to dry. The couch was not that great and the couch was just awful. the other beds were ok and the queen bed was pretty good. You are locked out of a few things and there is a sign posted inside that says that you aren't welcome in the area. The wifi was terrible only one or two people could be on it at a time and no one could be on it if you were trying to stream a movie or show. Really cute place and lots of wildlife around but I wouldn't really recommend it for families with small kiddos.

Cute Cozy Cabin

Secluded clean cabin in the national forest! Was absolutely wonderful for me and my family! We built a snow man, and got to see multiple families of deer! Close enough to colorado springs but far enough away to enjoy yourself!

The cabin in my opinion was in a nice quite place. It however did have some stuff I would change like, stains on the sheets and a broken chair. But it was a nice stay over all.

Beautiful!!

We booked a family weekend getaway at JK’s…. And LOVED IT!! Just close enough to Colorado Springs to explore during the day, but far enough away to enjoy the beauty of the mountains & nature at night. 100% would book again!!!

INFESTED WITH MICE

House was completely coverd in mouse crap, no one inspected it or cleaned it before we arrived in May. I called Vacasa several times, emailed, and sent pictures of mouse, there was shit on bed, bathroom sink and bathroom carpet, every drawer in the kitchen was covered in mouse shit, including oven drawer, couldnt and wouldnt use any of the houses untensils kitchenware. Laundry soap was out, coffee pot was broken. No one intended to call us back about this and customer service says they are not allowed to give out the local managers number. Calling back today they finally told us they had exterminators twice recently in the house in which they should not rent a property unless issues are resolved. I had a bad allergic reaction in the house eyes puffed up, and we spend over two hours cleaning it, had to go back into town to buy laundry soap, plates, utenils, spent over two hours cleaning unit upon arrival. Local manager said they can comp $25.00 a night. Not ok, at all, and we will be contacting the owner of unit letting them know how thier rental is being handled. Very unhappy, we didn't spend all that money to rent a mouse infested rental.

Perfect Getaway

The cabin is perfect, just as described. Wonderfully stocked with towels, kitchen dishes, pots and pans, spices and seasonings, grilling necessities, extra blankets and pillows, anything you could need! Will definitely remember this cabin when visiting again!

Horrible communication, no WiFi, broken coffee maker

The cabin is fine but it’s dingy and old. We are NOT fancy perfectionists so I didn’t care but I draw the line at not having WiFi for 75% of our stay. I was given multiple communications by the management company that gave me the wrong password for the email. I inquired again and they continued to give me the wrong password! It wasn’t until I persisted that they reached out to the owners and got the right one. I work remotely and had to drive down the street 3 times so that I could speak with a client. It is totally unacceptable and we wouldn’t have rented a place without WiFi. Also the kuerig was broken and when I asked the property manager sent me a snarky email about how to use it. Every communication with them wad unprofessional. I will never be back or use VACASA again. I would like half of my money refunded please let me know who I can speak with to make that happen
