We had an amazing stay. This house is ideal for multiple families with the three king beds and lots of bathrooms and lounging spaces. We couldn’t have asked for a better space to enjoy our three generation family trip. The location’s proximity to shops and the beach and the community pool are as good as it gets. Debbie was wonderful with communication through the entire process with helping us know what to bring and with settling in once we arrived. We have stayed in multiple other locations on 30A and this is by far our favorite. We will be re-booking this one for sure! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Time
We have stayed at this Vrbo rental numerous times! Home has a fantastic layout; each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or tub/shower combo’s. Owner is very responsive to any question you might have. Quite neighborhood, close to the Walton Dunes, restaurants and shopping. We 100% recommend this home for your next 30A vacation!

Perfect vacation home!
Peacock Paradise was perfect for our family. The house is perfectly located with the pool only moments away, and the beach a short bike or golf cart ride away. The amenities provided were perfect; comfortable & attractive furnishings, well appointed kitchen, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys all in perfect condition. The owners definitely anticipated all the little details that made the vacation effortless! As a bonus, we have a family member who must eat gluten free, and found many celiac safe restaurants within minutes of the house. Peacock Paradise is a terrific vacation home!

Truly a Paradise!
Our stay at Peacock Paradise 30A couldn't have been better. We would stay here every year. It checked all of the boxes: 1. Location - 2-minute bike ride or 45 second golf cart ride to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and all were very close. 2. Beach Access - The Walton Beach Access was right around the corner. It was busy, but never uncomfortable or too crowded. There is a small parking lot available that we always were able to use. 3. Beach Supplies - We were blown away by the beach supplies available at the house. Chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, nets, boogie boards galore. 4. Golf Cart - Couldn't have been easier and more enjoyable 5. House - Everyone in our three family group had plenty of space. Each bedroom was nicely equipped with a king bed and its own full bath. The bunk room was perfect for the kiddos. The game room was a life saver for the hot afternoons or rainy days. 6. Pool - We felt like we owned the pool. Just steps away from the home, and never crowded. Again, we couldn't have asked for a better place. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Enjoyed Peacock Paradise
This property and location were perfect for our family! The bedroom setup is great for multiple families. The kitchen had everything we needed and everyone enjoyed the comfortable family room. Bikes and a golf cart for traveling around the fun filled areas were a great plus. We are already talking about the next tine we can return and make more memories at the Peacock Paradise. Thanks for such a well kept rental!

Plenty of Room
We had 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and not feel like we were in each other’s way. Quiet cul-de-sac, close to the pool and the golf cart was very handy to get to/from the beach. Lots of beach chairs umbrellas etc. If you plan on cooking most meals at the house, be sure to bring everything you might need. I mean everything. They have very basic pots/pans and bare minimum mixing bowls etc. Great kitchen with lots of space! Two refrigerators and an ice machine. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed on 30A several times over the last 5 years, and this was our favorite location and home. Being south of 30A in a quiet neighborhood, having less than a 1/2 mile walk to the beach, and a home capable of handling 10 people (3 family units) ranging from 6 months to 60+ years old, made this a winner for us.

Wonderful home with all the amenities- golf cart was helpful in getting to and from the beach and the pool was a short distance behind the house. Nice, quiet neighborhood and home on a cul-de-sac which minimized traffic. 4 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room to spread out! Beach toys, bikes and chairs/umbrellas were great to have!

Awesome Living Area
Great location and wonderful home. Exactly what we were looking for. Really liked how the kitchen flowed into the dining and living area. It was perfect for bringing a big family back together for a mini-reunion. Can sit on the couch in the living room but also talk easily with folks in the kitchen. Nice big dining room table and plenty of barstools for sitting at the counter. Perfect for us and the Golf cart made it fun for going to beaches and dinner and coffee.

Homey and lovely home near the beach
We rented this lovely home for memorial day week and had a great time! The home had everything we needed and more and was in a nice private location. The pool is really close and convenient. The beach is further away... It's about a ten minute walk. So if you have littles, be prepared to drag a lot of stuff a little ways on a road that doesn't have sidewalks the whole way. But it seemed pretty safe and we made it with 2 teens, a 7 year old, and an almost 2 year old. So if we did it, you can too! The Fish house is an easily walkable distance. For you families with littles, a blow up toddler bed fits great in the downstairs closet and keeps those little feet off the stairs. We also took a baby gate and that was helpful for us. There was a refrigerator issue that luckily for everyone resolved itself, but the owners were super responsive and helpful. They are probably the best part--knowing they are about their property and their guests made me feel at home in their lovely home. Oh, and the beaches here on 30a are to die for.

Peacock Paradise
The house and grounds were lovely! We had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. We gathered there often. The cul de sac was perfect for the kids to ride bikes. The community pool was so close. It was quiet and very relaxed and yet we were close to restaurants and entertainment and anything we might want. Overall, it was a wonderful setting for our vacation!

Steve and Debbie Peacock live in Cumming, Ga and have a grown daughter (age 31) who is expecting her 1st baby (and their first grandchild - a girl) Nov 2020. We also have a 12 yr old son and 10 yr old daughter who keep us busy and always love visiting the beach!

Why they chose this property

We purchased our first property on 30A in 2002 - a tiny condo in Hidden Beach Villas. We have also owned a home right next to the condo and just across 30A. When we sold that house, we knew we wanted to have a home on the south side of 30A and one that would be great for families as we will eventually retire there! This house checked ALL of our boxes and we are happy to share with other families until we make the final move to 30A.
