Good location
Great spot walking distance to town. Enjoyed our stay. Little tight on space, but does the trick. Only issue we had was a missing parking pass upon arrival that we had to pick up from the Vacasa building a few blocks away.

Cute, comfy, and clean
Enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Studio. The unit was nicely updated and extremely clean. The shower was especially appreciated after a long day of hiking. The murphy beds were comfortable and such a practical, fun alternative to the sleeper sofas that are so often included. The only snag we ran into was getting the promised parking pass that was supposed to be left in our room. After calling Vacasa twice and having been told the owner would drop it off, we were finally told we needed to go to the "front desk," which was located several blocks away, to pick up a pass. When we got there, they had a hard time figuring out which unit we were even staying in. It worked out, but it was an unexpected hassle. The niceness of the unit more than made up for this inconvenience, however, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location
The location and setup are great. It's hard to find at first as there is no external signage. It's on the 2nd floor with a 115 address so was a little confusing to find. The checkin time of 4pm is when the roads are most busy with skiers so we had a little trouble getting to it. However, once inside, we loved it and the location.

Cute condo, building needs upgrades.
Pros: The studio is super cute, very clean, and sleeps 4 people comfortably in the summer. Location is right on the river within walking distance to everything. Cons: Building is unmarked and above a restaurant. Building is old and inner stairway is dingy. Smells like food in the halls but not in the condo. Great for the summer but not sure how it is ski in/ski out. We filtered it that way to get great views. (Not so much...) If I booked this as a ski in ski out in the winter, I imagine I would be very disappointed.

very good
everything is great - bathroom, washing machine / dryer, all the kitchen cooking equipment you'd need, dishwasher. And above all, excellent location. The only thing that keeps me from five stairs is the murphy bed mattress was a bit lumpy and was sometimes difficult to get full night's sleep. maybe they can put in a new mattress... Otherwise, this is a very very good place.

Great location
Great location, but couldn’t figure out the “ski out” as had to walk a couple blocks to the lift. Ski in wasn’t direct either, requiring some walking. Convenient location to Main Street. Was difficult to temperature control as even when temp turned off, was still too hot. Also may have a smoking neighbor as cigarette smoke occasionally came through vents.

Absolutely perfect location
This place is a skip from the middle of Main Street and a skip to the bus for two minute ride to lifts/gondola and you can take four o clock run to literally directly across street at the end of the day!! Apartment is nicer than it looks in person. It is also directly next to the ski rental if you want to rent equipment.

Perfect Stay!
I was concerned that the place would be too small but wow was I wrong - I love small spaces and this is one of the most efficient uses of space I have seen in awhile. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our quick stay in Breck. The team managing the property checked in regularly and make checking in to the space seamless. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we needed, getting to enjoy the views along the way. We woke up in the apartment to the peaceful sound of music coming from outside, only to realize we overlooked the large green space in town which was hosting a yoga retreat. Highly recommend for a great, affordable, and clean stay in Breck.

Great spot close to shops
The room fit our needs of having a place to stay that was close to shops and within a couple of hours of several outdoor adventures. Gray home base to sleep and shower

Perfect place for a family getaway
I stayed at the studio with my family (4 people total) to show them the town. We were a block off of Main Street, so we never had to drive anywhere. The space itself is beautiful and clearly well thought out. I would absolutely recommend a stay to anyone who doesn't need a ton of space, but is looking for a prime location to enjoy Breck!

Modern & comfortable unit within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and skiing!
This modern and well designed unit offered a comfortable stay for my family of four. It had plenty of storage space to unpack our clothes and gear, extremely comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and an updated bathroom. A large window provided a lovely view of the mountains. It is a very short walk to both downtown Breckenridge and the Peak Nine chair lifts. It was nice to be able to walk to all that Breckenridge has to offer. We will stay here again!

Small But Efficient
The perfect one room bungalow for our ski trip. The Murphy beds were very comfy… I thought my dad‘s eyes were going to pop out of his head though when at first he thought there were no beds. Ha ha. Excellent well equipped kitchen and a good size bathroom as well. I don’t know with six people this would be very comfortable, however for two adults it was just perfect. Very clean and the duvet covers hadn’t even been opened before we used them. Parking is easy to find, bus stop is right across the street, and there really is just a short walk to one of the lifts. Our only complaint… If you could even call it that was that it was very hot. We kept the furnace off the whole time and had to open the windows. Maybe we just or a little bit more warm blooded than most people though. Overall, excellent place to stay and would stay there again.

Bad directions and Dirty
We found clothes left in the bathroom and dishes in the sink from the previous guest. The directions to park and find the unit didn’t include any actual directions other than left or right turns. I would like North South East and West as actual waypoints. I paid way too much for 2 nights in a dirty STUDIO!!!!! I would appreciate some compensation for the lack of cleanliness!

Christmas 2020
Excellent accommodations! Fantastic Peak 8 location across the street from the Park Place bus stop, which drops off at the Snowflake Lift as it's first stop. Also very close to Lot F bus stop. Everything is new/updated, clean and comfortable. Owner provides lots of top-quality Cuisinart cookware and cooking utensils, bakewareally. food storage containers, glass pitchers, mixing bowls, toaster, measuring spoons & cups, huge seasoning assortment spinner racks, etc...highly unusual but very much in line with what I provide in my own rentals. Very ideal for people who like to cook/save money on restaurant expenditures, particularly during this Covid-19 pandemic with restricted restaurant/takeout access. If I have any suggestion at all to improve the experience, it's that I wold recommend replacement of the window, which has the beginnings of a broken argon gas seal between the panes with coresponding window fogging. It would help to have an extra (triple) pane window replacement, as the noise of the gentleman plowing snow at 4:30 a.m. was excessive and could be mitigatedone with thicker noise-canceling window glass. Good value, and nice to not have to deal with community commercial laundry equipment. Highly recommended!
