Eine gute Zeit
Trotz wenig Schnee konnte man Skifahren, gut zur Piste gelegenes Haus. Gute Aufteilung der Räume, der Standard der Möbel (Stabilität, bequem), der Pflegezustand (Küche) und der Reparaturbedarf (Fenstergriffe Küchenplatte) entsprach für uns, nicht dem Anspruch den wir mit dem Preis (3000/Wo) verbinden. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht

Nous avons séjourné dans ce chalet durant 3 nuits, la situation est très jolie, le dégagement est très bien. Toutefois il faut tenir compte des nombreux escaliers pour accéder au chalet

Parking et Accès
Dans l’annonce c’est noté une place de parc et une petite place de parc. Attention la "petite place de parc" on n’y mets même pas une petite Smart, une moto éventuellement. L’autre place de parc se trouve dans un bâtiment à plus de 100 mètres que pour revenir au chalet ça monte mais bien bien bien !! Après cerise sur le gâteau vous avez encore 80 mètres d’escaliers en bois et pierres à faire, selon l’âge ou les bagages il faut bien réfléchir avant de louer ce chalet.

Localisation
La localisation est bonne quant aux pistes, on est vraiment pas loin, par contre sachez que c'est vital d'avoir des chaînes si c'est enneigé. Interhome nous a précisé de monter la rue mais ne nous a pas dit qu'il y avait moyen d'aller tout droit et d'arriver au niveau des escaliers en descendant la rue. De ce fait, la descente est beaucoup plus facile à faire que la montée et vous ne risquerez pas de casser vos chaînes ou de vous retrouver bloqué. La montée de la rue est exponentielle.

Schönes Chalet
Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Nendaz. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 8 Personen (auch was Duschen etc. anbelangt) und war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Man sollte im Winter zwingend mit einem 4x4 anreisen um bis zum Haus fahren zu können und muss noch einige Treppen nach oben laufen.

Gemütliches Chalet
Gemütliche, geräumige Stube mit Kamin und toller Aussicht. Genug Platz und eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Im Winter mit Schnee und Eis mühsamer Zugang über viele Stufen, welche z.T. schlecht geräumt sind. Das Haus hätte eine Renovation nötig, der Zustand ist aus den frühen 70er. Kleiner Parkplatz, aber ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist auch dabei, allerdings unten im Dorf. Nichts desto Trotz hatten wir schöne Tage dort, allerdings gibt es in dieser Preisklasse schönere Häuser.

Chalet sympathique et fonctionnel
Un chouette chalet très bien situé. Un peu vieillot mais bonne isolation, salle pour déposer les affaires de ski, chambres confortables, 3 salles de bain avec eau chaude rapide, vaisselle en suffisance. Très confortable pour 8 personnes. Seul inconvénient: petites places de parc.

No stars Terrible! - do not stay here the local agency charged us 50% more than the quoted price!
The property is up a very steep icy path which is a nightmare with skis etc. However the main problem was with the local agent who preceded to charge us 50% extra on departure from the original price quoted on the website for cleaning etc. We reluctantly paid this to find they charged us again to remove the rubbish! The reason they stated for this cost was the cleaners only had a small car! Unbelievable treatment of clients which spoilt a great holiday.
