This charming 75 square meter apartment is located on the 1st floor, includes a bedroom with plenty of storage space and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is spacious and has two independent spaces. It is ideally located in the historic center of Béziers, on the Allées Paul Riquet in front of the Théâtre des Franciscains and 2 minutes walk from the Halles. Many restaurants and terraces are located near the accommodation.

## Logement
This very bright apartment with bohemian decor is well appointed and is located in one of the oldest Haussmannian buildings in Béziers. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
It includes a bedroom with a double bed, two shower rooms, a well-equipped kitchen (with 2 refrigerators in particular) and a living room (with a bistro-style table) containing a sofa bed for relaxing after a day of walking. You will have at your disposal: Television (one in the room and one in the living room), Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, blackout curtains. A fan and air conditioning are also available!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is ideally located in the city center! All amenities are nearby: the Galeries Lafayette are located in front of the apartment, the open-air shopping center "Polygone" is 10 minutes away on foot. For your daily shopping, you will find a "Supermarket Casino" and "Carrefour" opposite the building. For parking, you will find the "Jean Jaurès" paying parking lot 1 minute away.

By staying in the heart of the historic center of Béziers, you will have the opportunity to discover the tourist sites that make the reputation of the city during your vacations. The neighborhood is located in the Allées Paul Riquet, a place of many summer attractions. The flower market which attracts many people takes place every Friday in the Allées. The Place Jean Jaurès, known for its animations and sound and light shows is only 2 minutes away! The park of the poets is 3 minutes away.

Also, the location of the accommodation will be an asset to visit: the Church of the Madeleine at 4 minutes, the Fayet Museum at 9 minutes, the Arena at 15 minutes. The charming village of Collioure is 1h15 away by car: I strongly advise you to visit it.

My apartment is well served: Sète and Montpellier are respectively 25 and 45 minutes away by train. Trains are also available to Barcelona: by car, Spain is less than an hour away. Moreover, the beach is only 20 minutes away by bus!

NB: The apartment is not suitable for children.

## Emplacement
The birthplace of Pierre-Paul Riquet, the founder of the Canal du Midi, Béziers combines its centuries-old architecture with the beauty of the Orb, the emblematic river of the Hérault. Its waters are overhung by a majestic monument, much appreciated by architecture lovers: the Saint-Nazaire cathedral built in the 13th century. This gothic fortress dominating the city is of an unparalleled originality. It is as if you were visiting a fortified castle! And yet the machicolation above the rose window, the loopholes next to the towers and turrets are only a decoy: this staging was a means for the Catholic faith to dominate the Cathar heresy. Inside, other original features await the visitor. The carved wooden doors in the form of bays inlaid in the stone are also a sort of trompe-l'oeil. They are never actually opened because of the wind that could blow everything away in its path. To admire an unobstructed view of all of Bézier, go to the garden of the Bishopric, below the cathedral. You will enjoy a unique panorama of the Orb plain and the city's bridges that seem to spring from the ground.
