It is composed of 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with queen size bed and its adjoining bathroom (shower, toilet and basin); 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each; 1 bathroom with corner bath and double sink; 1 storeroom with washing machine; 1 separate toilet; 1 large living room with dining area for 8 people, living area with TV and sofa, and open kitchen equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso maker...). Swimming pool of 7m x 3.5 m, depth 1.40 m. Terrace with umbrella, garden furniture, plancha. WIFI. Enclosed garden. Sheets and towels provided. A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 170€).
