Private: property 2 ha, large garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, barbecue house. In the complex: sauna, hot tub (all extra), washing machine. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Kaplice". Swimming pool with against current swimming, shed (5 x 5), deck chairs, parasol, swings. Horse riding on request (extra). River Cerna 50 m with small private beach, bathing pond 10 minutes on foot, fishing (extra). Sport fishing (trouts) 1 km.
